Such a beautiful place with amazing scenery! It’s my first time at this holiday park and I will definitely be coming back very soon. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. I will be recommending this holiday park to my friends and family. 5 stars!

First time stay!

We had an absolute fabulous couple of days stay at this beautiful park. All the staff we amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was immaculate, the swimming pool was lovely and warm and not too busy which was lovely. The park grounds are beautifully kept.
Angie on reception is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and friendly, she gave us recommendations on places to visit around the area, she really is a credit to the park. 
We had amazing stay and have already booked our next stay and cannot wait to come back.

Amazing park and staff

We booked this late, for a Fri-Mon stay, due to a teacher training day falling on the first day back after the Easter holidays. This meant we got a great deal on a Bronze Villa and able to take our dog on a rare trip. All the staff members were really friendly, and Kyle on Entertainment, was brilliant. He singlehandedly seems to runs the activities during the day and night, and our daughter really enjoyed games in the evenings.

We visited a few local ports/beaches which were around 30mins drive. There are also a few footpaths/quiet roads which you can walk/go for run on. 

The bronze Villa (#3) was perfect for us, close to the main areas and with a view down to a small pond with birds/rabbits and other wildlife. 

We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Value for money stay

Kyle (entertainment)was great, the staff  were all lovely.  Helpful and kind. 
However lodge 38 was falling apart.  Floor in livingroom was uneven and sinking in places. The bath was rusty. Mattresses tired. Broken lamps. Cleanliness was not very good at all, cobwebs everywhere, smell of damp in the bedrooms. Nails sticking out if doors. No tv signal, window laches broken on most windows,  Maintenance came and fixed all the things they could.

Place great fun. Our lodge was falling apart.

The entertainment was great, Kyle was great with all of us, especially with the kids, we found the lakes for fishing was great and the grounds are very well kept and look very beautiful, we would definitely come back and recommend it for others

There was two families on a Family holiday

 When entering our gold villa we thought it was very dated. For a gold villa it needs updating. No dish washer, shaby table, dripinģ taps in kitchen and down  stair  bathroom. Sofas were not at all supportive, the beds were worn out, we could feel the springs in every bed. We went to reception to make a complaint, We were told the beds were new, the mattreses had been replaced this year, I replied they were not new. But the lady on reception insisted that thy were new.she said that she would ask the maintenance man to come to look. He said if he could find any new ones he would be back. He was able to replace two mattresses, so we were very pleased, but when he came down staires we could see it was covered in dark stains.we were very unhappy that we  were lied to by this receptionist, we were not  given an opology. 
One  We thing  we can say the villa was fairly clean.neadless to say we shall not return.

Feeling disillusioned. 

the place was relatively quiet as it was the end of September, no  school holidays and pretty much no school children around, the villa/house was fit for purpose, just a few squeaky doors/ hinges and think it needs few kitchen utensils and frying pans for cooking, would be nice to have some few dishwasher tablets and bin bags but otherwise it is a good accommodation and space. it is quite away from civilisation so be prepared to have everything you need as big grocery shops are at least 15-20 minutes drive unless you go to the village shops or farm shops around the area. or you can have it delivered to your door ordering online from big supermarkets,

good friends holidays

Lovely holiday site. Swimming pool was so nice, so clean. Staff were friendly. Bungalow was very nice and spacious. Restaurant food was really nice , didn't have an issue with any meals but I think it is a little over priced for the quality. I feel there should be a little place where dogs can run around but apart from that we had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay 😊.

Great place.

we as a family had a wonderful week at Hengar Manor. We stayed in a clean Villa that provided everything we needed for a delightful break.

While I won't delve into exhaustive details, there are a few areas where the park could enhance the experience:

1) We specifically selected this park for its indoor pool since we anticipated rainy weather in September, preventing us from going to the beach. However, we were disappointed to find that you could only book the pool for 45 minutes a day. The receptionist said they do this so everyone gets a chance, however, there were only a few people in the pool at once. 

2) The restaurant's food quality could be improved. We dined there once, and that was it!

3) Despite the limited number of children, possibly due to the school term, I believe there could have been better planning for children's entertainment.

Despite these minor issues, it's a lovely place, and I would recommend staying at this holiday park.

Great holiday with Family, will visit again! 

On Saturday the 16th of September we called in to have a look round and the changes that the new owners of the park have done is very good.We use to come to hengar manor every year for 2 weeks in September but noticed that it was going down hill. The last time we stayed was 2015. The place was looking shabby and seemed as it was not loved anymore.Well what we saw on Saturday we liked it that much we booked to go back again next year in September for 2 weeks and me and my partner can't wait
