Got placed here by the council with my 8 month old son, I don't need to tell you what it's like the pictures say it all smack heads,drunks and just all together very loud people there is no room for a travel cot...... 
It was that bad I had to spend 7 nights away from my son because  I didn't feel rhe tramways hotel was suitable to be bringing a child into that environment 


Worst place ever 

I'm not a person for complaining and understand people give out about the smallest of things but this place just isn't good. Staff are friendly but couldn't be found or contacted when fire alarm was going off for hrs. Bad smell of fags in the building. Wouldn't return or recommend unless you are really stuck.

Desperate

More of a hostel then hotel you don't get anything included it smells of pure Booz and is discussing the cot was broken i was made to stay hear by the housing but had to sleep out away from hear as it was so bad :( awful place

Not nice at all

On arrival and once we got past the high security entrance, will only allow you in if they have you on record, we were presented with a reception area that had a washing machine / clothes drier/ maiden/ prams/dirty clothes on the floor, shoes and baby buggies etc. No potted plants, nice pictures or leaflets of interesting places to visit in Bolton. 
After registering we were taken upstairs to our 'cell ...er I mean room'.  Two single bunk beds, iron frame bed, small tv on the wall and a small sink. Lacking any comforts and looking very much like a prison cell. I threw the thin duvet over only to find a very creased sheet that looked like it had very recently been slept on. We left our belongings to head off to a music event in another part of town. As we left our high security unit we met other clientele hanging around the entrance, looking rough and dazed as if on drugs or were alcoholics, they gave us some nasty looks. We felt very uncomfortable to say the least! After an hour at the music event we decided to cut our stay short because we both felt absolute dread of going back to the 'hotel' and actually spending the night there! It was a 'halfway' house NOT a hotel, I have stayed in better YMCA's . I know it was cheap, but you expect a hotel, not somewhere that social services house the less unfortunate members of society! I have been in lovely B&B's in the Lakes for £40. This hotel should be taken off hotel search engines... it is a dosshouse!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Prisoner Cell Block H (  I had to give it 1 rating because it would not allow zero it is worse than terrible)

Only visit here if you like rubbish all over the street.rough looking people outside And inside the hostel( hotel). There's no drinks at the so called bar 😂 thinks it's used as A laundrette. Banging and knocking on doors all night. If you book they take your money before you get there. Door lock was hanging of the door.dirty stains in toilet and mucky bath mats.no secure parking.badly smelling bed covers smoke smell. And lastly your greeted with a lass who is absolutely clueless. Will never go again. 2 stingy coffees as a insult.
