We love this place but it could do with a blow heater in each room to take the chill off as the heater just isn’t enough and don’t heat up fast enough on cold mornings other than that it’s a great place to stay with a lovely view from the balcony……..

Check in very easy with ample parking available.
No restaurant through the week which isn’t great when you’ve been traveling all day for work the next day (staff did advise there was a pub over the crossroads) 

The Room was a large and comfortable size, fairly comfy bed however very thin protector so could feel the two divans underneath. My only slight niggle was the walls are incredibly thin and I couldn’t hear the neighbours talking and tv till past 12.30am however when spoken with reception team it was actioned swiftly by 12.45. But as the walls were that thin I was woken up by their alarm 1.5hour earlier than my own at 7.00am

Stayed in a first floor room with a balcony  facing a golf course so it was very quiet . The room was very clean and really nicely decorated , all the essentials was there tea , coffee , milk.
The bed was very comfortable with good size tv, the staff was really friendly and very helpful .
Lift to first floor and plenty of parking.

Check in very easy.  Plenty of parking available. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony view  overlooking the golf course.  Room very good size, nicely decorated, comfy bed,  only slight niggle was our water in the bathroom was not very hot.  Great value for  money, would recommend and we will definitely  stay here again. 👍

Great little hotel, excellent value for money

For the price this hotel offers excellent,clean and spacious accommodation. Staff friendly and professional, pretty much everything you can expect at this price and in many ways more such as golf facilities, restaurant and a room with a balcony.
I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the mattress was so uncomfortable and having slept In numerous hotels and airbnbs at this price point it is the only complaint. I would love to stay again so pretty please change the mattress in room 14🤞.


Perfect in many ways, let down but one key ingredient.

Me and my son went here for a change we stay in many places as I only see him once a fortnight and we stay in places all over .the room is very big which is gd big tv and the restaurant area is good the only thing I found bad was my bed my sons was gd but mine was broken the mattress had collapsed so it needs to be changed.

Not brilliant 

The room was a great size, very clean and the massive bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was fine, not the most powerful but it was hot so all good.
I would definitely stay here again next time I'min the area. 
Great value for money.
The only negative was no food available. There is a great pub just up the road which serves great food so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Great stay for 1 night 

Rooms are part of golf complex on edge of Boston. Reception in a separate building, no restaurant unless you go to the golf complex, room cold (but did heat up eventually), walked to Wheatsheaf pub in the dark was dangerous as no pavement, busy in the morning due to main road junction and railway crossing. Nothing specifically wrong just an average place to stay

A cheap place to stay in Boston

Horrendous, the double bed was two singles put together, the cheapest mattresses with a mattress topper, could feel the bump in the bed where the mattresses were different thickness...the frames them selves were broken so you just sunk, the bedding had multiple hairs in it..mainly short and black!!! The chair was broken it dipped in the middle! Key card did not work , outside light on all night , door rattled everytime someone opened or closed their room door ..only plus side the staff were very nice. One to AVOID.

Really enjoyed our stay
Room was spotless, bed and bedding really comfy. Welcomed by a lovely man on reception and the staff in the restaurant were really accommodating,as I didn’t like the wine I chose and it was changed without a quibble. The only thing was there are  no sockets on the side of room near the bed ( parter uses a cpap machine so on first night we had to move bed. The lovely ladies in the hotel reception sorted us an extension lead out and left it in our room. Really nice setting and would definitely return if we visit Boston again. 
Keep up the high standards as it was lovely to find a gem of a hotel.
