Stayed in number 6 for a week 15th to 22nd July text message a few days before saying we could check in from 11 . Arrived 1130 and the cleaner still hard at work give her 30 mins so we gave her a hour and all was done . All clean and tidy the headboard behind double bed missing and the area painted in a simular shade of blue .apart from that nothing wrong at all hot tub clean and good temp all week .peacoks roaming the area which was great to see and a welcome visitors whilst in the hot tub . In the next complex you have bridlington animal park well worth a visit and do see the flying display . A cafe a poundstechter store and the rose hoilday village . Its about 200 yards away but a 10 min ish walk as no direct route on foot . So that said in the evening you will need a car taxi etc to escape . No local pub or shops in close walking distance that we saw . But great road links to the town and north n south up the Yorkshire coast . All in all a good hoilday at a good cost .

Amazing week as always. Lovely cottages. Hot tub perfect and staff (Nichola) are so friendly. Close to Brid and a short drive from Hornsea and Scarborough. The perfect place to just chill out and relax. Will be back. 

Another lovely stay

These cottages are just perfect !!! The hot tub was fantastic and the outside area fully enclosed so super safe for our little dog (or children) very clean on arrival all possible equipment available nicola was a superstar nothing was too much trouble thank you! We were actually sad to go home but loved it that much we have booked for next year !!!

Fantastic Staycation highly recommended

Just returned after a fantastic week  at the cottages, we stayed in cottage no.5 which had a horrible and enjoyed it so much we rebooking for next year. The cottage was clean, well presented and had all the basic’s you need for a stay. The hot tub was clean and always a perfect temperature (I believe they are cleaned daily excluding Sundays). We had a large grassy area out back and a patio with a picnic table, which was perfected for sun bathing and eating outside.

The location of the cottages were perfect for what we were after, we did a lot of day trips and used it as a base. The area itself was lovely, we had no-one over looking but just something to note is the animal park that is right next door, you get woken up by some of the animals but we didn’t find it bothersome at all as were use to the noise of the city so it made a lovely change. There are a few peacocks that roam around, they came to see us a fair bit (much to the excitement of my step daughter).

The only things to note is the size of the fridge / freezer - it was very small. Again didn’t bother us as we ate out most the time but you may find this an issue if you prefer to self cater. I would also take swim towels with you, you get plenty of clean towels (1 bath and 1 hand towels each) but if you plan on using the hot tub a lot it’s handy to have more towels.

Fantastic cottage

Had a lovely stay at the holiday cottages, topped off with a hot tub. Which was fabulous to relax in. The cottage itself was lovely and clean, kitchen had everything needed. No problems with check in as keys were in a key safe, which was a bonus due to us being quite late arriving.

Fabulous stay at Bridlington holiday cottages. 

Came with our 2 sons for a good rest and that's just what we got . We booked before covid and our boys were 17 . Now they are big strapping 19 year old so bunk beds weren't ideal. This didn't spoil our break as we all took it in turns to sleep on the sofa. We loved the well equipped kitchen and powerful shower..the hot tub was gorgeous. 
The whole place was spotless and the bedding was lovely. We all had a fantastic time.

Relaxed

Very disappointed with our stay. Left a day early. Hot tub far 2 cold and when  mentioned to Jane the manager I was told the temp was set 2 38.5 and couldn't be changed due to health and safety reasons. I can assure you that it wasn't 38.5 it was luke warm which meant we only used it twice for 5 minutes. The second time we got in it was filthy with scum marks all around the edge and the filters had black slimey hair attached to the them. I told Jane this and she said she can assure me I didn't. So basically called me a lair. 

Also the back gate didn't lock properly which meant it kept swinging open and banging on the wall all night long. When my mum told Jane this she advised well why don't you pull that bench over shove it against the gate. 

Jane didn't really want to listen to our complaints so it's resulted in me emailing hoseasons directly. 

I've been in many hot tub holidays in the past and they have all been a lovely temperature and all have been very clean, you couldn't even smell chlorine?? So dangerous you can get poorly from getting in dirty un hygienic hot tubs. Very disappointed.

We had the best time , the accommodation was perfect had everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely was like a home from home, we didn’t arrive until late night the heating was on so was lovely and cozy and the bed super comfy ! Even our dog would agree the best time was had by all x

Perfect get away

We’ve just left after spending a week here and are already planning our visit next summer. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious , the hot tub was key clean and I’m perfect working order with a bench and outdoor seating. It’s perfect for a family stay with loads surrounding for great days out and just a short drive to the stunning South Beach .

The property was quiet and equipped with all your needs. It was very peaceful and had beautiful gardens with wandering peacocks which our little girl loved. I really can’t recommend enough. We’ve had such a fantastic trip away. Thanks again to Nichola

The perfect relaxing family getaway

The cottages are lovely and clean and staff are very friendly.  We stayed in cottage number 8 and WiFi was good.  We used this location as a base for days out, as is a short distance from Bridlington.  The cottage was well equipped with cooking utensils and ideal for our stay.  The hot tub was clean and was perfect at the end of the day.  Each cottage has its own driveway for parking meaning no long trips loading or unloading the car.  The site is quiet but there is a grass area for the kids to play football and if you want a relaxing base to explore from, this is ideal.
