Ideal location next to River Cam and five minute walk into town. 

A good choice of different apartments in the one block with the option of parking too, in a residents permit area.

Very comfortable beds, free wifi and all amenities you need for a relatively short visit.

Sachets of tea, coffee and sugar left and large Sainsbury’s Local 10 minute walk in town.

Excellent Location 

We spent a week in the garden studio apartment while we were  attending a class in Cambridge. The facilities were excellent and the size of the studio was spacious for two people. We had a separate kitchen area from the living room area. The bed was in a little nook, so it didn't intrude into the living space.
Check in was easy and the communication was good. We received the code to open the box to access the key and the front door, so checking in was a breeze and easy.
The apartment had a washer and a drying rack, which was very handy. There was cooking equipment, but other than coffee in the morning in the kettle, we didn't do any cooking here.
The location is why we chose this place. It was short walk to the Cambridge city center and the tourist attractions and colleges that are open to the public. During our week here, we walked everywhere from this location, including some good pubs and restaurants nearby.
Although the building borders a busy street, we had no noise issues
If you are in Cambridge for more than two nights, and want more space than a traditional hotel can provide,  then this a great place to stay. We'd stay here again, next time we're in Cambridge. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay at the Lux Living Apartment!

Having had occasion to stay in a few apthotels lately, I would say this is the best.  It offers separate rooms, so your are not trying to sleep in the presence of the glowing digital displays on kitchen appliances or the TV.  It also means you can have different levels of temperature - the heating, btw, is simple and efficient.

It is clean, well-equipped and pleasant decor.  All in all a very comfortable stay.

Good Design

Anyone thinking of staying in Cambridge please consider lux living apartments , excellent location and spotless you won’t be disappointed . Just be aware that you have to pay direct to living apartments and not booking. com . I used on site parking ( pre booked £15 per day ) parking in Cambridge appeared to be a nightmare .

The property is a short, pleasant walk from everything; the apartment is attractive, spacious, beautifully appointed, and everything works.  The staff is prompt, courteous, and helpful.  There's normal city noise.  I love that it has lots of windows.

The only, ONLY, flaw is that the place hasn't been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned in a long, long time.  Heavy dust and some crumbs are on all horizontal surfaces, including the upholstered pieces.  I'm allergic to dust, and was worried that sleeping in the bed may make my head explode.  I laid clean towels on the sofa and slept there.

Now that I think about it, I should have asked for a vacuum and bought some dusting cloths.

Lovely place, wonderful location, great staff, but....

This property is perfectly located for accessing Cambridge City Center as well as day trips to nearby sites.  The flat was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for my multiple night stay.  Check in, check out and parking were all super efficient and if needed, help was but a quick phone call or text away.  Emmanuel and his team were terrific.  I’ll definitely be back to Lux Living Properties on my next visit to Cambridge.

Great property!

Deciding on a last minute booking, the  booking & confirmation from Shaun and the team in the office was very prompt, informative & helpful. 

The apartment itself was perfect.  I selected the cheapest room and arrived to find it perfect for what I needed. It was bigger than the average studio. 
Noise wasn't an issue being used to London backround traffic. Knowing I was in Central Cambridge, it was a perfect central location to explore.  

We were lucky to get a free limited parking spot outside the apartment block, but were willing to chance it so didn't book the (reasonable for Cambridge) guaranteed parking fee. 

The apartment itself was lovely. Wonderfully kitted out with everything you need for a short stay (only 1 night), but attention to detail/maintenance could be a bit better. Rusty bathroom bin, a few scuff marks & showerhead needed de-scaling,  but nothing too noticeable to detract from the overall experience.  

Definitely highly recommend!
