We have stayed here a couple of times and will continue to do so in future.
The Apartments are modern and spotless.
Customer service was second to none and we find Micheal goes the extra mile for visitors.
Will definitely be returning, Fab location.

Excellent apartments and customer service.

We were 4 adults and stayed for 2 nights for a graduation. Marc was very helpful with emails and arrangements for check in & out. The apartment was clean, with everything you needed, including a hairdryer and soap/shower gel. 
The terrace was a bonus and we enjoyed sitting out on a warm evening. Location was ideal - relatively quiet (despite the fire station) and 15 mins walk across the park to town. The underground parking was secure, it had been raining all day when we arrived and we appreciated how easy and dry it was to unload, and very sunny when we left but the car kept cool. A lift made luggage handling easy. 
It was nice to be able to get around Cambridge on foot knowing the car was safely parked up , and not needing a taxi at all. Lovely stay - slept well and enjoyed the clean well presented apartment.

Great location, with parking, a terrace and everything you need!

Property called me after booking and taking the money and states they cannot book me into the property as its up for sale, but is still being advertised and taking bookings well into the year as advertised on their own online calender.They take your money straight away. No for sale anywhere.

Fraudulant, avoid at all costs

I made a reservation for a two-bedroom apartment back in Jan 2018 (6 months in advance) for a stay for 2 nights in July 2018. I made reservation online stating clearly that we are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children (with age of my children stated in my online reservation). The residence had since then contacted me about my estimated arrival time for checking-in and checking-in arrangement, etc. We were very excited to stay in this residence, until the day of our arrival, we discussed with the management about our bedding arrangement, then they mentioned that they do not allow children to stay in their residence! There's some small prints in the booking website. I understand that we might have missed the small prints when we made the booking (but there's no such small prints on these terms in the confirmation email as such though). The management did not allow us to stay in the residence, and we were only told about that 15 mins before we were about to check in! My family (including my two children of course) were so upset, disappointed and frustrated on the street of Cambridge town centre, not knowing what to do and not knowing where to stay. I called up the management to discuss and they did not want to negotiate anything. This is not the worst part, the even worst part is they are not refunding the money for our reservation which we had already prepaid in full for the 2 nights stay. Management admitted that it's their fault in not spotting the booking which included children and would have mentioned to us earlier if they had spotted it. But regardless of admitting their fault, they still did NOT refund our prepaid money for our reservation. I cannot explain how upset and disappointed we are with this experience with Pinnacle Residence, the worst experience I have ever had in my last 20+ years of travel experience.

Worst experience ever!

We were really pleased with our apartment. Good location, nice facilities, clean and well-looked after. The bedroom is comfortable and has lots of wardrobe hanging space. The living area is very spacious, with a dining area and a good kitchen with all the cooking facilities, crockery and utensils you could need. There was also a washing machine and dishwasher. For accessibility there was a lift, handy for my husband who is disabled and for me when I hurt my knee!  The apartment is extremely warm even on a mild day but two very powerful fans are provided and they work brilliantly. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion (and it's such a small thing), is that some ice cube trays in the freezer would be very welcome, especially in the summer.

Perfect for a short visit

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend. After booking, we had to call to arrange our arrival. It was very difficult to get hold of them and they wouldn't return our calls. When we arrived the place was dirty and smelly. Stale food had been left in the fridge and the cups were unwashed. Bed linen was dirty. Very noisy street outside.

Poor experiece

The bathroom and room were amazing. The location was pretty good too, really central and it was everything I wanted for a relaxing bank holiday away from the usual. 

I couldn't have enjoyed it more!

This was the studio room, there was everything you'd need in the kitchen except from an oven, so bear that in mind before buying oven foods. 

The nearby restaurants were really good and good price. The entrance and general facility seemed very modern and safe.
