Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room if cold on arrival but soon warmed up. TEA MAKING.
What was bad
LIGHT OVER SINK NOT WORKING. WE SHOULD HAVE REPORTED IT. IT MEANT WE COULD NOT PLUG IN OUR TOOTHBRUSHES. IN THE NIGHT TO SEE WE HAD TO PUT ON THE MAIN LIGHT WHICH BROUGHT IN THE EXTRACTOR SO NOISY.
