I stayed in one of the rooms here earlier in the year, nice little room with everything I could need, there is a small outdoor area at the top of the steps which was nice as it was warm when I was there.

There was a small amount of parking which in this area is always important for me when I am travelling for work.

All good.

Over night stay

Where to start? My Fianceé and I travelled down from Glasgow for stage one of our Halloween theme park tour, with Alton towers at the weekend and Blackpool next week, as stages two and three. En route a suicidal crow smashed our wind screen on the outside lane of the M6 at 70mph (we were doing 70 I have no idea what speed the crow was doing).  This was surely a sign of the impending apocalypse or at least a spooky start to our trip. Thankfully we were unharmed but the windscreen was goosed. Our insurance company were useless so we limped down to sunny Chertsey about four hours late. My Fainceé called Hamiltons to advise and Simon was fantastic. He gave us detailed instructions to access our key and reassured us that it would be fine no matter how late we were going to be. 

The B&B is clean, tidy and comfortable and Simon and his staff were fantastic. On the morning of checkout Autowindscreens cancelled on my 09:30 appointment. Simon was more than understanding and allowed us to stay later in the room whist I made a flurry of phone calls to my Insurance and various windscreen companies. We cannot thank Hamilton’s enough and would definitely recommend as well as stay again in the future.

Fright Nights with real Frights 🧛🏿‍♂️

Rooms were nice and clean, the chap was there in the morning and we managed to get the key off him early as we were in Thorpe park till late at night. No hassle smooth transactions

Great Location for Thorpe Park

Very nice hotel, clean and just what we needed. 
Bed was comfy, fan in the room which was very much needed. Parking is available but limited to just 4 spaces (we got one) 
Coffee machine and kettle, maybe more sachets needed but that’s only as I love coffee!!
Free WiFi 
Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t request.

Gotta say, this place is a little gem & such a great surprise. I booked this establishment about 2 weeks before my preferred date & I’m pretty glad that I did. I wanted a place as a base for Thorpe Park & this fits the bill perfectly, I couldn’t fault the location at all. The communication from the owner was first class & gave me clear instructions on how to check in & when I did check in, I was pleasantly surprised on how very clean it was, the bed was very comfortable, perfect for the 2 nights I stayed, even though I don’t drink coffee, I thought the coffee machine was a nice touch & the usb slots connected to the extension was a real bonus. The breakfasts themselves was delicious, the portions was spot on & set me up for the day ahead. As for the owner, I couldn’t ask for more, such a nice gentleman & he has a thriving business combining the Sri Lankan restaurant as well, all in all, I enjoyed staying there & will definitely book there when I’m in the area again.

Great Base

This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Chertsey, conveniently close to Thorpe Park and the M25 motorway. The host is very amenable and sent emails and phoned me prior to my arrival which is always a welcome confirmation that the booking was successful.
The room itself was quite small but comfortable. The bed was large and clean, there were fresh folded towels, a Tassimo coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was clean and there were soaps, shampoos, body lotions etc available.
The parking is at the rear of the building and caters for four vehicles, but for a five room hotel this isn't bad. I could always park.
The breakfast was lovely. A full English breakfast perfectly cooked although you need to be up reasonably early as breakfast finishes serving at 7:30am!
On the downside, the TV in the room is very small, the windows are sash type single glazed, the furniture and decor need a revamp, and the access via the metal steps resemble a fire escape. But for a short stay you could do a lot worse especially for the cost.


Good service and good location, but furnishings a little dated.

We booked room 5 for 13 nights, when we arrived we were shown two rooms, one slightly larger than the one we opted for (the bigger one was at the front of the building on a noisy road). 
We decided after one night that we didn't want to stay anymore than two nights, we requested a larger room (knowing full well that this would not be possible as we knew the bigger room was booked), being on holiday we didn't want to make a fuss and thought that although there were issues we should just move on.
The owner refused to give any money back even though we only stayed two nights out of 13.
The entrance is at the back of the building up an iron staircase at the top there is a doormat that is a trip hazard, the door and render around it is falling to bits, the inside isn't much better, on the landing there are two fire doors that have been fixed open even though they have closers on them, clearly a problem should there be a fire.
The room was dirty, the furniture mismatched and in poor condition with a drawer missing from the desk, the lock on the bathroom door was falling to bits, the bed was old and uncomfortable with a dip in the middle, the bathroom fan was full of dust, by the side of the toilet the pipe was also very dirty, the radiator was rusty.
The only good thing about this accommodation was the centre of town location.

Very, very poor, dirty, shabby and lacking investment - Don't book this hotel.

The hotel is bed and Breakfast only and the breakfast is a full plate and very nicely cooked the bedroom was likewise the bedroom was very clean and tidy and everything was good. well recommended by myself and I would go there  every time I needed to stay in the area.
I could not fault this place at all and for you the reader if you need somewhere good this is it.My daughter found this for me and how lucky was I.

A good welcome by the owner

Host was very welcoming and attentive, bed was so comfortable and the room was just the right size, super clean & warm which was lovely as we had been freezing all day! 
3 minute drive from Thorpe Park.

Would Definitely Recommend

Myself and my wife were going to Thorpe Park so we decided to stay local for the night so we could get out early. We decided to choose Hamiltons after our original choice let us down via email. 
Hamiltons is very much like having your own pad! We lived it, we were upgraded to the king suite which was ar the top. It was a loft conversion as far as I'm aware! It was lovely! So lively that we decided to stay in and have a few beers whilst watching the virgin TiVo box provided! The room was clean through out and was really cosy, theres even your own kitchen with a fridge, microwave,  coffee machine etc. In the morning the only downside to our stay (which isn't Hamilton's fault) is that myself and my wife are vegan, the breakfast menu didn't have a set meal only vegetarian sausage which we couldn't have so we just had some hash brown, mushroom and beans which was still made with love and care...

Another great thing is the owner/host. We didn't see him much he just left us to it, which was nice to be fair, sometimes hosts can try too hard where its awkward where as all though he was nice and pleasant.... he just left us have a weekend to our selves. 

I would highly recommend Hamilton's for couples of all kinds and the town is lovely. I think we paid £90 for the night which for what you get, is 100% worth it considering what is around it. Thanks for a lively peaceful weekend. :)
