We recently stayed here it is very central parking just round the corner our room was clean and comfortable what more could you ask for we never heard any noise after 12 ideal for going out as in the centre nice friendly people enjoyed our stay will go back

Rooms are quirke, comfortable and very clean the staff are friendly and helpful, beers good, ideally located for all city centre facilities.
Can be a bit noisy late night but it's on a busy road.

Races weekend

After my booking with another hotel was cancelled, I booked the only remaining room I could find in Chester.

The pricing is very reasonable, although i was worried about the decor choices.

The room was very clean, with very good bedding and a very well appointed bathroom.

There was a problem with the shower thermostat.

I would stay again if there was a shortage of rooms closer to town.

My rooms was at the rear, as I wanted a quieter room, however there is a lot of noise outside due to the taxi shop nearby. However there was very good double & secondary glazing.

Very clean, although very basic

Popped in to watch Cheltenham races whilst staying in Chester. We’ve been in Chester many times but first time here and weren’t sure what it would be like. What a gem. Lovely staff reasonable prices and they even provided plates of sandwiches. Will be in our regular list from now on 

Great atmosphere 

Stayed here during the August Bank holiday weekend. We parked easily at the Browns Yard Car park just one minute's walk away. Checked in and prepaid in full at the bar in the pub. I had a single room at the back, my friend had a double at the front. My room was tiny but I didn't mind. It smelled of cabbage which I did mind. However it was clean, turned out to be quiet despite being next to a Dominos that's open til 3am and the central location can't be faulted.

It needs much more light in the bathroom, it's the darkest bathroom I've ever seen in my life. I did my make up in a hand mirror whilst sitting on the bed. The bathroom was very clean though and had shower gel. The curtain wasn't wide enough so I had to drape a blanket over the curtain pole. The wardrobe smelled but there were loads of hooks on the back of the room door so i hung clothes on hangers on those. Nice cookies, drink making things, hairdryer, iron and board all provided. Maybe not worth £70, maybe more like £50 - £60.

Clean hotel in a top Location. Just a few niggles.

Fifteens is in an ideal position when visiting the city of Chester.  Much effort has obviously been put into the wacky decor.  Unfortunately the single room was quite small and the very dark decoration made the room feel even smaller.  The lighting, particularly in the bathroom, was inadequate.  The chair provided was very wonky and the plastic mattress protector made for a very hot and sticky sleep.  I did not feel that it was good value for money (£70 a night for a single room - this did not include a breakfast).

Disappointing single room

me and my partner stayed for the night and couldn't fault it at all.. The staff are really helpful and nice. hotel is cosey and homely.. the pub downstairs is also a lively little place. will definatly be coming back again. x

If you want to keep the cost down then you will get a central hotel with crisp clean bedding, clean bathrooms.
It is next door to a bar so if you are staying in the single rooms they are on the front of the hotel so you can hear the traffic and the customers leaving the bar, I am a light sleeper so this may not bother others.

Central, basic and clean.

For the price, we weren't expecting much of this hotel, but hoped it would be clean. 
Unfortunately it could definitely wasn't. There was dust everywhere, the carpets look like they haven't been hoovered well....dirt all around the skirting boards. The lights in the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, no way you can put make up on in there. Very small rooms. Cushions were dirty, bits stuck to them. Windows filthy. Didn't smell very fresh.
Would never stay again.
