The b&b is now an apartment, well basically a full house! Two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, large hallway, three bathrooms and four toilets! Off street parking.
Absolutely spotless. Aera and Bernard, the owners are lovely. Recently took my parents here for a two night break, they loved the place. Cannot fault it, will definitely return.

Spending a few days in North Wales we booked the Bryn Holcombe for two nights.  We arrived a wee bit early on the first day, we were met by Aira who told us the room was ready and we could check in if we wanted.  We did...and what a room !  The room was massive, with the biggest bed I have ever seen,  immaculately clean, and very modern ( in an old fashioned way ). Everything about the place was spot-on, including the dining room and breakfast. We were delighted with our choice and would not hesitate to stay here again.  Lovely house, lovely hostess and lovely staff.  The pictures on-line don't do the place justice.

SUPERB...

Just come back from Colwyn Bay and cannot recommend this B&B enough. Off street parking, which always a blessing. Large room with lovely large ensuite with shower, free standing bath and robes. The kids had a twin in the room opposite. with ensuite also, and loved the place. Owner is very accommodating and attentive without being intruding. Lovely breakfast also and she was very kind to do our breakfast early as we had a wedding to go to. Would certainly stay again.

Suberb B&B

Stayed here for BH weekend as a base for climbing Snowdon. Upon arrival met by Aria (forgive the spelling) lovely lady showed us to our room which was perfect. Large fireplace with surround, half round chairs, table, solid wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, Freesat TV etc. Large bathroom with shower over bath modern and add spotless. Breakfasts were spot on with a good choice. We didn't spend much time in Colwyn but had tea in The Toad on the promenade which was very good. These big houses are perfect and spacious rather than small cramped rooms we've stayed in before. We would definitely stay here again and recommend, lovely host.

Homely B&B

A wonderful stay in a lovely B&B, our room was great and the full Welsh breakfast was deliouse. The host and her staff were most welcoming and could not of been more accommodating, an excellent place to stay . Highly recommend!
