Stayed here for our football away day. Location was perfect, hotel was value for money and the staff were very friendly. Rooms comfortable couldn’t ask for any more. Breakfast was also value for money.

Coventry Away

I stayed at the hotel because I had a  work event the next day, the staff were kind and caring especially Gillian, I had a problem getting my necklace to do up and after 15 frustrating minutes I went down to the front desk where Gillian was more than willing to help me!!! All the staff were amazing 

Amazing staff

The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. Nice clean powerful shower. We only stayed one night, didn't eat here as we were meeting friends for dinner. We would stay here again. Staff were nice and friendly.

Excellent customer service.  Toni, the receptionist welcomed us so warmly and was extremely helpful.  The rooms were immaculate and the Inn is situated next to a Brewers Fayre which was exceptional value for money.   All the staff at the Premier Inn were extremely helpful and friendly.  A great experience.  Thank you.

Highly recommended - excellent customer service and immaculate rooms

This hotel I would recommend.  Is quiet and you are able to have a great night sleep.  Right next door is The Brewer's Fayre that has some great meal deals.  The beds are really comfortable and the hand wash and shower gel are really good quality

Excellent night sleep

Antoinette was brilliant, sorting out alternative accommodation for us when the heating in the hotel, in mid-December, was on the blink.  Despite difficulties with the (re)booking system, she wouldn't give up and managed to book us into the nearby Rugby hotel, which was a great relief as it was late and we'd had a long day on the road.  Thank you Antoinette!

Great staff in a difficult situation

Check in was great with helpful friendly staff. Room was clean and fresh bed very comfortable bathroom clean and tidy. Had an issue with boy racers revving there engines and racing up and down the service road outside, for 3 hours around midnight when I spoke to the reception they told me the carpark belonged to Showcase and there was nothing they could do as the carpark didn’t belong to premier inn. 

Weekend away

Good food options nearby. Cinema and ten pin within stones throw. Comfy bed as always from a Premier Inn. However, rooms need an update badly. I mean the TV was soooo small, it was a 1/4 the size of the room painting. Also pretty sure it was from the year 2000 😂. Having said that, staff are friendly. Manager helped a chap with a flat car battery in the morning; that’s good service. 

Needs An Update

The staff were very friendly and my room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The receptionist that booked me in was lovely and we had a lovely discussion about music. 
The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. 

Friendly service

Had to go from the northwest to university of Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital early on a Friday morning. So decided to go down on the Thursday night before to get some rest before the whole day business at the hospital. Very easy to get to from the motorway and down to the hospital the next morning, pleanty of shops and restaurants nearby if you don’t fancy eating at the hotel. Free parking, comfortable and reasonably priced. I would go back if I had to go in that area again
