Grest location before flying out of Gatwick. Good parking facilities. Lovely friendly staff. Great knowledge of local area
 Nice bar/restaurant area. Very comfortable beds. Rooms lovely and clean. Very close to  Crawley town centre. The town  has lots of restaurants and pubs  to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel. In fact we have stayed her 5 times now

Overnight stay before holiday

Late stop over before flying early next morning ,easy car parking ,check in and comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing area, would definitely stay there again as easy access to airport, car park and friendly staff

Gatwick Crawley

Side bed uncomfy, Rooms absolutely sweltering, Stale bread and Incredibly rude staff with awful service. Didn’t specify meal deal causing a ridiculous confusion.Only good part was the double bed. Wouldn’t recommend, as in an awkward position and a generally bad experience overall.

Not worth it.

Great location for an overnight stay before flying from Gatwick Airport. The airport is just a few miles away. Staff here very friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Booked an advanced rate which made it very good value. Breakfast good too. Would recommend and stay again .

A great stay and very good value.

Really nice and comfortable room! Big and comfy bed.  Kids eat free at breakfast which was a real treat of full English, lots of lovely pastries and pancakes! Lovely and friendly staff. 
Great location, lots of free parking. 
The bathroom had a little dampy smell where the shower curtain had t dried properly which was off putting but apart from that it was all great!

Lovely 1 night stay

Thourougly enjoyable visit to the Premier Inn. Excellent room, welcoming and friendly staff, great atmosphere, clean, good service, enjoyable eveningin bar area and excellent breakfast with superb choices.
Will come again.

Great Stay

Location was a significant factor as well as quality of sleep, albeit that's something I rarely have trouble with.  A somewhat unusual requirement on my part was adequate access and space to park a double decker bus (!) which I was taking to transport guests at a friend's wedding, and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly.  I feel a major appeal of Premier Inns is the knowledge and consistency of what to expect.

Weekend stay to attend wedding

It was a standard room.
Very comfortable bed, really, really comfortable.
The room was very clean.
It was very convenient for the airport, and I would definitely go again.
Much better than IBIS. 
The only tip I have is if you have a lot of luggage if you can request a room near the lift as we were very far away from the lift and it was hard work pulling 4 bags on a carpet. But no big deal.


Ideal for flying at Gatwick Airport

Sadly, the room we had was unsafely hot! We all had an awful nights sleep, the other individuals in the hotel were also standing outside at different times of the night due to the heat. There was nothing staff could do. Staff at dinner were great, food was ok.

Terrible nights sleep

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We received a friendly welcome and excellent service. Breakfast was great and we were really well looked after.
The room was a bit warm but fans were provided and we knew there was no air conditioning when we booked and the weather was unusually warm for September.
