Great location and a wonderful room.  Bathroom was a bit small but more than made up for by the bedroom and the warmth of the proprietor.  Easy parking and quiet location.  Good amenities.  Charming decor.

Very quaint accommodation, our room was really lovely. Nice personal welcome. Perfect for an overnight stay before travelling to Gatwick in the morning.
Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the noise. The walls were so thin it sounded like the people next door were in our room.
Overall very happy though.

Perfect for a stay before flying to Gatwick.

To be totally honest, DO NOT enter Four In A Bed, as you will get slated.
Room smelt of damp,  couldn't open a window,  cobwebs in numerous places,  and lots of Curley's all over the bedding. 
We would never recommend to anyone.
No reception to check in, we had to get the attention of someone through a window,  which wasn't good in the dark 

Four in A Bed

Pretty average to be honest. Great welcome but that aside it was just an average stay. The room was ok but having requested a quiet room it was by the road which is surprisingly busy. 

No breakfast as you have to order 24 hours in advance which isn’t helpful. 

Pub across the road but that wasn’t great. Overall for £60 not great vfm.

Wonderful place, from phoning and booking right through our stay nothing was too much trouble, lovely four poster, very dog friendly, we asked for some wine glasses one evening and they were delivered within minutes with a box of complimentary after eights, loved our stay and will be coming back, rooms all themed, Kingsley(Themed room as in Ben) is a lovely vaulted airy room with en suite, didn’t see the others but looking at the reviews you can’t go wrong, cheaper than a travel lodge.. that’s unbelievable ....

Just book it....

Stayed in the Hepburn room. Was up from Shoreham for a couple of pilot exams (9am and 11.30am) so stayed at Oldfields. Was a brilliant hotel, well run. Perfect for anyone travelling to Gatwick, and even better for anyone prospective pilots or indeed anyone needing to be at Gatwick’s Aviation House early, given this hotel is 2 minutes away.

Would highly recommend staying here. 

Very warm welcome on arrival, very nice room (sky equipped), quite airy and very comfortable.

Quality Hotel Ideal for Gatwick

The farmhouse was very nicely decorated with our Audrey Hepburn themed room that had so many amazing touches - with plentiful stock of biscuits, coffee, sugar and milk. We checked in late (arrived at 00:30 - half midnight) due to a late flight of which the staff were very understanding. The lady who showed us to the room was so helpful and offered late checkout completely unprompted due to the lateness of our arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others if need a night near Gatwick airport around late/early flights. There was plenty of parking.

Amazing farmhouse with lovely staff

I've spent overnight stay in Oldlands Farm with my 3 kids and we were absolutely delighted. Owners are very kind, friendly and welcoming people, they go extra mile to accomodate your needs and wishes. The place is right by the busy road but there are lots of trees so you feel like in the end of the world, so peaceful and quiet this place is. Prices are really good considering you're just around a mile from Gatwick airport, have free wifi an d Sky TV. My kids were over the moon when they saw bvig garden with swing, football nets, tennis and picnic benches. Rooms are awesome, the old farm features are still around, nicely c composed with furniture and accessories. Each room seems to be different theme and it just look amazing, very neat, tidy and cosy. Breakfast for £ 5 was great, portion for 2 happily fed more. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing

We haven't even left yet and I'm writing the review! Lovely, warm welcome from our hosts. True hospitality. Our room is spotless and lots of add ons to make it homely. Great parking for the airport too. If you need a stopover at Gatwick then this is the place to come. Great pub opposite, so lovely food in walking distance. You can't ask for more for the value on offer. We will be back! 😀

Our go to stopover from now on

We stayed here for 2 nights as there was a family wedding nearby. The place is under new management and has been redecorated and has been done to an excellent standard. We stayed in the Kingsley room. 
Saima was a fantastic host. Made sure we were welcomed and had everything we needed. 
We went for dinner the first night to the pub down the road which was also very good. 
Highly recommend.
