We just got back from a lovely weekend at Crewe Central Hotel which was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Special thanks go to Nick on Reception who couldn’t do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible - excellent customer service and satisfaction, Nick. This Premier Inn was much better than its rival brand a hundred yards down the road, where we stayed last time. Many thanks to all the staff who made our experience so enjoyable.

Much better than their nearby rival

Stayed her for two nights over the grand national festival and travelled to Liverpool by train on the Saturday. Arrived about 5pm on the Friday and the check in was quick and easy lovely girl on the reception desk.

Room was lovey and clean and heating was set at right temperature.

Food in the restaurant was also very nice and we had no complaints about any off it we also booked to have breakfast both days we where there and that also was off good quality and very tasty.

We will be booking again to stay there next year when we come down for the grand national.

Grand national weekend

We stayed at this hotel twice over the Easter Holiday en route to and from a weekend in Scotland on a special excursion train.

1st night - quick check in and allocated a room on the ground floor - new PI design - all was good 😊 

2nd night - arrived just after 10.30pm along with lots of others who had been on the train, fortunately we were at the front end of what became a very long queue to check in.
The poor chap on reception seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and checking in others seemed to take an age…….
The room again was fine but was of the older PI design on the 1st floor.

Overall, very handy for the station (5 min walk) and we would be happy to use again.

Perfectly Adequate

Have never stayed at a Premier Inn before but this was an amazing experience. Aligned to the Brocklebank Brewer’s Fayre the facilities, service and food were excellent! 

Thanks to Alice, Nick and Shane for making our welcome warm and to Karen for getting our room ready so we could check in early after a long drive from Scotland through the night! 

The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly too! 

This will be our place whenever we come to Crewe in future!

Angi and Rob was very helpful in Premier Inn in crew which Angie deserves a lot of gifts as she went that extra mile helped us with directions and warm welcome and amazing smile Rob also thank you Premier Inn in the crew Road Nicola Parker and familyxxxxxx

Went to look at the spare pillow and an old dirty T shirt fell on me. Under the bed I found another T shirt, a pair of men’s pants, jogging pants and another T shirt. The bed was over 30cm off the ground so how could the cleaner miss them? Also the bathroom smelt awful. We had planned to stay for two nights but left first thing the following day. We would have left shortly after we arrived if we could. 

Don’t look under the bed

Stayed here for one night while in Crewe on business, Nick who checked us in was really friendly and helpful.  The room was as expected, we hardly heard any noise from the nearby railway or any other rooms and the hotel seemed very busy.  

Plenty of parking available.

Great overnight stay

Very comfortable air conditioned room - quiet and super comfy bed - great nights sleep - good breakfast at the brewers Fayre next door - Tracey on reception was super helpful when we needed to assemble a travel cot at early check in 

Great stay good value

Me and my wife checked in on sunday and after travelling all day I went to bed and one side of the bed was literally covered in water. I grabbed a staff member who then with the help of my wife changed the sheets at 9pm when we should have been in bed as we booked the hotel for business and we had to be up at 6am the following morning. 

I phoned the help line who were rude and showed no empathy, they were very condescending and they said they can’t do anything no refund or anything. I’ve taken it up with management and we’ll see what they say but the stay overall was awful and I do not recommend. We were there for a week, the hotel stank of all pipes and the water flow of the tap in the sink was very inconsistent, the water would come out normal then instantly would shoot out water and then revert back to normal in a constant cycle.

Had a good night sleep and all the staff from the premier in to the Brewers fair ware all so well coming and all ways ware on hand to help when ever you need them as we ware a big group they put us on the grownd floor and they got us a big table for brestfast to big well Dane and there on site parking
