Just your typical Premier Inn you know what you are getting, a clean room don’t rely on the Beefeater attached for food! Only went in on the first evening because we were desperate! Food expensive small portions and much better places to eat than here! No wonder the place was empty! Staff at Premier Inn were very friendly and helpful couldn’t fault them.

The room was comfortable and warm , had a great night's sleep all 4 nights , tte reception staff kyra and sheryl were really helpful and very friendly made me feel welcome.

Next door at the restaurant,  I had breakfast and dinner there for my whole stay , the staff there are all fantastic , really friendly and helpful Stuart , Patrick, Robert and Noel looked after me thanks a million guys , it is very well run and the food is great plenty of selection for vegetarians all in all I had a very pleasant experience I will definitely return (next week)

Fantastic

Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Check in was seamless, rooms very comfortable and lots of parking available. Beefeater on site was welcoming. Staff were very friendly and food and drink great value

Great location

Stayed on new year's eve as a stopover before travelling to our new year cabin. A very friendly welcome and easy check in. We were in the main building, on the third floor. I knew about the broken lift but only remembered when we came to use it and had to climb the stairs. It wasn't the end of the world but it was a bit of a trek each time (especially when I had to nip to the car and realised I'd forgotten the keys, back up the stairs I went!)

Upon arrival at the room we had a lovely big, corner room, very spacious even with 4 of us! The bathroom was roomy, but when I got in the shower and was ready to wash I found out the lovely bottle of bayliss and Harding wash was empty, I sent my son down with an empty bottle and a new one was delivered to the room about 10 minutes later.

We had a meal next door and then went back to the room for NYE TV, we also popped to the Tesco express which is on the other side of the roundabout for some goodies. The TV is tiny, could definitely do with a bigger one, never seen one so small in a premier Inn.

Slept well and we checked out the next morning, which was easy too. 

We went on to visit the Kelpies and Falkirk football stadium, which are very close to each other and about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Having used a variety of Premier inns over many years, as well as the hotel I stayed in whilst in Falkirk, I was really disappointed with how this hotel as they have introduced a £10 charge for gaining entry into an already prepared room , because I arrived an hour early ( after a 5 hour trip in the car, the last thing I needed was to sit in my car for another hour !! ).
The lift in the hotel was not working , so a climb up and down 4 flights of stairs with luggage wasn’t appreciated !!.
The TV in the room appears to have shrunk to something you used to get in hotels during the 1990’s, which you could not see the channel list or programme guide from anything over 2m !! — whoever thought of reducing the tv sizes in the rooms — well done 👏!!
The staff were friendly and the breakfast meal was really nice ( so glad they didn’t mess around with this 🙏).
Overall , really disappointed with this hotel, and will be looking elsewhere for future visits — sorry 😞 

Feel let down !!

We booked early and only paid around £85 for a twin for 2 nights over a weekend. Great location, easy check in, nice staff and room till mid day. Comfortable clean room with everything you need for a budget break. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely but service a little slow (Saturday night). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much choice, great value and super staff. Defo stay again

Great hotel lovely staff , but the beefeater next door not so good , on the unlimited breakfast asked for 2 pieces of bacon. Was told there was a half  hour wait a person ordered a full breakfast and got it in under 10 minutes. Night time meal 0 out of 10 never even got asked how was the meal just to say my mixed. Grill could of hit every wall and still be in the same condition as it was on plate.out of a party of 8 very few were happy with the meal , being covered in drinks by the staff didn’t help but no one seem to care. My major problem we went in the beefeater at 3 on the Friday but the gents toilet cubicle was a mess ( I will cut back on the detail) Friday night the same and Saturday morning afternoon and night . The cubicle was finally cleaned Sunday Morning

The hotel was great

On arrival my husband checked in later the young man checked me in was superb, explained about everything including when my husband arrived he would give him a key save me coming down. Room was massive clean and comfortable. Price was exceptional 

Amazing staff and stay

comfortable, friendly, semi clean and value for money, the rooms do need a bit of updating, the tv is small and hard to function well, the air/heat definatly needs a renewal of some sort. and the rubbish outside the doors need to be taken care of more regularly.

good but a few adjustments needed

Booked a twin room here for a one night stopover.
We booked here as it is only a stones throw from both The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the staff here were all very helpful, courteous and friendly.

Our room was in the main building as there is also an annex across the road. Our room was huge, the biggest we have ever had at a P I. But there was a lot if wasted space especially in the bathroom which by the way was unheated ( one star was deducted for this).
The heat in the bedroom area was great but not filtered to the bathroom which was cold.

Breakfast was ordered on arrival along with our evening meal by paying in advance for the meal deal to include breakfast  at approximately £25 each.
The evening meat was fine. Breakfast was in the same location. An all you can eat breakfast was ordered.
Sadly the restaurant did not have the buffet option to serve yourself for the full English, you have to inform the server of your requirements which in some way stops you ordering more food whereby a buffet style allows you to return to the servery if required to refill your plate as my times as you wish. Any future stays at any P I I will ensure a buffet style is used before I book.
The food was fine as was the continental option that my wife chose.

Would I stay here again ? No, but only because no buffet style breakfast is available.
