Stay somewhere else.  Misleading website.  Room was not clean, hair found under the doona - no sheets - hair found inside the “clean” rolled towels.  Toilet didn’t flush - extremely dirty bathroom and toilet - shower smelt like vomit and had hair and filth inside the shower, mould on the shower curtain - and if you can get past all of that, the hot water won’t last longer than 40seconds.  Spoke to management as we left 2 days before our scheduled departure to find alternate accommodation, management was very dismissive and made me feel like he didn’t want to know any of these problems he actually asked me if I pulled the handle all the way down to flush the toilet implying that I didn’t know how to flush a toilet! When in fact the toilet didn’t work at all.  
The communal kitchen on our floor was dirty and you would not want to prepare meals in there.

Terrible. Stay somewhere else.

The website makes the apartments look perfect for business travel and reasonable price. The photo on the website of the bedroom are certainly nothing like the room I was shown! The website is misleading. The room I was shown was on the ground floor, through two lots of heavy doors with seperate security numbers, the room was very dismal, smelled damp and the shower was dark and dreary and not what i expected. I arrived after 5.30 and the office was closed, people hanging around the two doors at the front with no lighting was intimidating to me as a female travelling alone. I did not feel safe and just had to leave the property as soon as I could. This is no hotel I can assure you...

Booked 2 rooms 1 ok the other room was a disgrace thought the wooden bed was past it's best no where to hang your clothes not even a peg it was so small toilet roll holder was rusty husband was itching all night asked in the morning for another room was told they had none my son swapped rooms then there was breakfast shrivelled croissants pan au chocolate disgusting and capri sun juice would I go back there not if it was the only place opened absolutely disgusted

Worst hotel

This reminds me of a boarding school or hostel, it’s actually short term letting up to 12 months although I booked through Expedia. The “hotel” forms several blocks, each having a security code downstairs and another upstairs. Then you have a corridor with several rooms and a shared kitchen. The rooms are small and basic, consisting of breeze block walls, a wardrobe and storage drawers. The colour of duvet and towels ghastly and the en-suite tiny. Wouldn’t recommend single women, couples or elderly to stay as doesn’t feel secure and no lifts. Car park full of maintenance vans which is the ideal place if you’re working away lots in a big group. To be fair the bed was comfortable, beautiful views and decent WiFi but for £37 per night ok. However I don’t have a budget for working away I just wanted something close to where I was the next morning, so although convenient not really my thing. Room could do with a deep clean.

An appalling disgusting and filthy dump a filth hole a cest pit of inadequacy . No hot water broken dated furniture poor if any WiFi dirty sheets & towels the staff are AGGRESSIVE & RUDE, DO NOT STAY HERE.  I tried to speak to the staff and I was called a liar a racist and I also asked for a fridge for my medication & they gave me a broken beer fridge

FILTHY & DISGUSTING, THATS JUST THE STAFF

While I enjoyed the river view, coastal walking path, and nearby grocery store, the short-stay hotel had problems.  The facility was supposed to be non-smoking, and yet, guests smoked regularly in rooms and at doorways.  The "kitchenette" was actually a kitchen shared by 7 rooms, and not cleaned by the staff.  The place is an old dormitory.  The plumbing does not work properly, so hot water comes from "cold" tap.  Labels indicating "hot" have worn away in shower.   The staff were friendly, and helpful.

Beautiful, quiet location

Bloody awful smelly unkempt dump.
Ive seen better dog kennels. 2 blue towels had NASAL MUCOUS on them. Supposed to be for me! The place stank of stale tobacco. The TV didn't even find channels. Avoid its worth paying more somewhere else, I still have the tingling feeling on my lips off the cigarette stench. I didnt stay long enough to take internal pictures.  Cheap and very nasty, im off to the boarding kennel to get showered and 
cleaned up. Then finding somewhere to stay. Shared kitchen well i wouldn't cook for my pets in there
If it was dark when i arrived i woud have thought i,d fell asleep and STEPHEN KING had cast me in HALLOWEEN 8.

Booked to stay for 1 night thank God as was going to a family party , from the start felt like I was in prisoner cell block h in the room , I wouldn't even attempt a shower n the bed when I sat on it I hit the slats underneath , needn't have bothered putting the mattress on , the duvet cover had mold  on it,  my partner slept all night for 45 min as the bed just crippled his back......37 pound or not I don't think it's worth that never ever again

Horrendous

The worst experience in decades Very dirty, noisy, sanitary ruins, tight, indifference of staff to escape... the kitchenettes sticking to dirt, unwashed dishes abandoned in the sink.

Better than sleeping in the starlight

I certainly didn't expect a luxurious hotel, but this is little more than a student hall. The location on the waterfront would be very nice, but the rooms, at least our two, looked like the parking lot! In front of our room there was a kind of kitchen/living room where fortunately no one walked around noisy during the two nights we stayed.
