Reasonable room good kitchen, shower was a bit dirty.  The main issue was noise from the room below l might as well went it with them could hear everything. 

Would probably stay again just my bad luck this time

My daughter, a student on limited income, booked this as a surprise for the two of us for 3 nights, to visit friends and family.
The room and facilities were clean, the  view over the sea front was lovely.
But the radiator in the room did NOT work, despite the handyman assuring us 'he'd turned it down because the previous guest had said it was too hot'. IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!! We were there for 3 nights and the prevailing weather outside was freezing fog. It felt the same inside.
Avoid room 14 unless you want hypothermia!

Totally disgusting I paid £162 for 3 nights in a double room. I had no bed side tables no dressing table no mirror all of these I think are quite basic. But there were none.There was a dirty sponge left on the sink. There was sugar and coffee left in the caddies they looked like they'd been there for months. The mam who answer's the call is awful had no manners at all even hung up on me when i tried to raise my issue. I would be writing go back nor recommend to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. NOT WORTH £10 A NiGHT LET ALONE OVER £50

Just don’t bother with this place, freezing cold and smells like the plague. £50 a night is an absolute joke. The gentleman who works there is nice enough though. Waited in reception for 15mins before been contacted.

Avoid

Very disappointing, could only get the free WIFI downstairs. It's apparently no longer a 'hotel' but a 'hostel' so it shouldn't advertise itself or call itself a hotel. The reception wasn't even manned, I was sent an entry code to gain entry through the main door and then another code for my room.

Booked for a week to visit family was given a single room on 5th floor lots of stairs to climb on threadbare carpets with smell of damp on each floor🤮arrived in room filthy from carpet skirting boards to ceiling smaller than a prison cell. Then it got worse the shared bathrooms omg disgusting the ceiling was black with mould/damp the smells 🤮everywhere just filthy. Booked with booking . Com this was a 2nd chance I was giving them after 2 yr ago booked a hotel and arrived to find it had closed down this company told us to contact owners How🙄obviously no one was there! Luckily had booked one room with hotels for you who refunded payment and paid for transportation home👍🏼This company booking. Com offered a £14 refund 10% of cost and washed hands of complaint I knew this was a budget hotel £20 a night but cleanliness doesn’t cost a lot avoid this hostel and company at all costs no customer satisfaction or support. Do have videos if anyone wants to message to view.

Stop two nights in norton hotel had a terrible time food tasted utterly disgusting the bedding stunk like body Oder as though someone’s been sleeping in it did not enjoy it at all I’m incredibly upset will not be returning!

Was booked in for 3 nights managed 15 minutes as soon as we walked in the smell is horrendous managed to get our keys out of locks on wall An find our rooms 
There were rotten the beds were mucky the walls were filthy there was even previous guests socks still there the shared  bathroom was in need of demolition overall I could go on but the place is im sorry to say like a hostel

room had just been done up and it was clean and tidy , everything we needed and there was also parking and kitchen to use and all pots pans etc. even washing machine and dryer there was a games room , TV and seating area

Dropped my Son & girlfriend off for a 3 night stay , had a phone call from my Son asking  me to go back to see the room !! 
Electric cables from outside coming  through the wall down the side of the bed , shower room ceiling was falling down , sheets wye stained , duvet head urine stains on it , spoke to the manager who informed me this room was an upgrade !!!! It was an old room that hadn't been refurbished yet, she offered them another room afterr i complained , that was really lovely all newly decorated , new beds , what a difference en- suite too ... the manager was really nice I personally think she saw 2 kids (20 year olds) and maybe thought they'd settle for a room despite the condition , kitchen was immaculate, living room with TV, pool table etc all to be used by anyone but the state of that first room didn't do any favours and definitely wouldn't stay there again ....
