Great vibe and intimate, very quirky and enjoyable. Only complaint is that breakfast was lacking. Only toast and fruit and had to make own toast. Yogurts would of been nice or fresh pastries.
Would definitely stay again though!

Unique place!

Hopeless - creaky furniture, poorly equipped rooms, non existent housekeeping, no soundproofing and no on street parking between 11 and 4. 
Positives - close to sea front and the pool was hot, but not clear. 
Would not recommend. 

Avoid

We stayed here exactly 12 months ago and really enjoyed our visit but this time we were so disappointed. The room was damp, the heating didn't work, one of the bathrobes was ripped, the tea and sugar were congealed because of the damp. The only breakfast we were offered was Continental with only 3 croissants left and no tea! Very, very disappointing.

Terrible

It's a very nice, quiet hotel, the hot tub in the room and the 37-degree Japanese bathroom are on top, a breakfast served very nicely, and I loved it and I'll be back, and Hastings is a nice, lively city.

It's a great stay.

Superior room is a dark small room.
Bathroom had a huge jaccuzzi( took an hour to fill)
Japanese toilet with wooden floor, not very hygenic.
Hotel is in a bad part of Hastings.
Bed linnen is not very fresh.

So we had yet another night in this little gem of a hotel.
I can’t say enough why we keep on going back .
It’s because we love it 
It’s unique with its hot tubs in every room and the Japanese spa pool out back.
A tasty breakfast which you now have to pay for but it’s very nice apart from the small amount of beans 50 to be precise as there were little enough to count .That really is the only downside to this quaint hotel quiet at night and not to far from town .if you stay in Hastings and can get a booking do so you won’t regret it 👍🏻


We love it 

Where do I start..... although the hotel appears comfortable enough the service leaves a lot to be desired. The TV in my room would not work, another couple thought it was acceptable to have noisy sex throughout the night and finally breakfast was a joke.

Not A Great Experience

A lovely place to stay for a special occasion- free off street parking 30 second walk away, Hastings town 10 minute max walk. Room was lovely,  jaccuzi was an extra bonus, and the pool after dark made it so special - it was a windy wet night but the pool was absolutely outstanding and hot. The pool area as with the rest of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was simple but enough. Great value for something special.

For that extra special night away

Wow such a fantastic little hotel, there is nothing to fault here bedrooms are amazing and clean, we had a great view, the spa bath was fantastic, didn't go in the pool as its bit to cold for me but def will come back in the summer time to try it out. Staff are very friendly and always there to help you with anything, its only a 5 minute walk into town centre. And the breakfast food here was incredible everything was fresh. I would recommend this little hotel to anyone. 

Fantastic Little Hotel

You'll find some singularities, from the heated swimming pool open from 9am to 11pm to the Japanese style bathroom, with hot tub and hot tub. You can try the Japanese breakfast. I didn't get the chance.
