Comfortable and convenient stay at this Premier Inn,  as it is a couple of minute's from Withybush Hospital.  The pub opposite was handy for food with a good selection and great service. Easily accessible from the car park.

Near the Hospital

Clean room, lovely hot shower and a comfortable bed.
Staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice and vegetarian options as well, plenty of juice and coffee.

Overnight stay

Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately the room we were given was caked in mould. We had our 6 year old so didn't feel like it was a good idea to keep the room as it was not healthy. However, staff (one woman on her own!) was very helpful and sorted us with another cleanish room. We were only staying so that we didn't have to do a very large drive after staying at Bluestone Resort that week. I hope they improve this hotel as it is a very handy location.

Fantastic service, not so good facility

I stayed here for 1 night, when visiting a friend. I booked a Premier room, as the price was very reasonable.  The hotel is situated on the edge of town, but I knew that when I booked it and was able to walk from the station and then got a taxi back later in the evening.

Having stayed at a few Premier Inns over the years, you know generally what to expect.  The Premier rooms are very nice, with a coffee (pod) machine and fridge (with comp Water) as well as all the other items (Kettle, TV, Wifi etc). There were plenty of plug sockets and 1 next to the bed, which I always find useful. The room was very spacious and clean.  It was also very quiet.  The Bathroom had a Bath/Shower combo and was clean and spacious.  

Breakfast was the usual buffet style and I had no complaints.

All the staff that I had interactions with, were friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay here again.

This is a standard Premier Inn so you know the standards to expect, all of which were met. Friendly and welcoming staff and a clean, comfortable, quiet room. Well placed for the station. Premier Inn breakfast rooms have had a cheery make over and this one is in the new style. Good buffet of hot and cold options. There is a vending machine in the lobby and car parking . No restaurant but a few steps across the car park is The Lost Coins, a popular gastropub.

A Premier Inn ticking all their boxes, no problems or issues.

Only 1 towel supplied in the room No hand towels or bath mat just one bath towel fir 2 if us...No one about to get more!! Breakfast was disappointing not only because the ridiculous high table that we had to sit as as the 4 other tables were reserved for families ( who then didn't show up) No soya milk available only cows, the weakest coffee ever so had to add a double espresso.  No veggie options available so just had hash brown tomato and beans! For which I paid full price !! Why are premier inn so poor at offering a range of foods for people with milk and egg allergies in this day and age. Not impressed.  Staff not helpful either.

Disappointing 

On a long journey with numerous roadworks, getting irritable, tired.  Arrived at this hotel and the whole experience of the journey was totally forgotten, we were greeted with a smile and a cheerful lady, and due to the lateness of arriving she pointed us to a pub which served a great meal. The room when we got in it was great, clean lots of facilities, extra coffee’s and tea milk at the reception if need (and coffee was needed) clean walk-in shower, clean obviously, massive bed, clean, comfortable, best nights sleep in ages.  Definitely going their again and using it as a staying point while touring around Haverfordwest.

FANTASTIC COMFORTABLE NIGHT

We were too late to book an accessible room but thought the premier plus rooms had a walk in shower (those at St David's do). The web site wasn't clear that they were all difficult to use shower over a bath - we'd been told on a previous visit to St David's that all premier plus rooms were walk in BUT NONE of them at Haverford West were. So only 2 walk in showers in the entire hotel. The lack of ability to wash properly (my wife could not get in bath, nor would she have been able to stand in it had she got in)  This is the reason for the bad review - everything else was good. Surely with modern requirements on mobility access being so important this should be rectified asap -then you'd have got an excelent review

Stayed a night with two children - family room - was a great large room lovely and quiet and very clean . Breakfast was really good usual premier inn offering but all buffet items out I. Small quantities so regularly refreshed so all really fresh and tasty and nothing too much trouble. In fact all the staff we encountered during our stay went above and beyond being friendly and helpful - including explaining how to walk to a local river for fishing and park and football field for lads to explore ! It’s a great location and one of the nicest premier inns we have stayed in ( and we stay in quite a few ) 

Comfy large clean rooms and lovely staff

Hotel was clean and tidy, room was cleaned for us for the next day. Brilliant to ha e free parking but WiFi didn't have ver6 good signal and shower gel was mixed with water, the two reasons why I'd dint give a 5 star rating, but overall a good experience
