Although hotel is generally ‘tired’, the staff were very friendly. We did have a soiled pillow in the pack of extra pillows (which was swapped at reception).

The evening meal was ok, nothing special, and the  sole waiter seemed very overstretched. However our order was taken promptly and food arrived quickly. 

The breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve ever had at a premier inn ! The hot buffet was freshly cooked and constantly replenished (even close to the end of serving time). There were plenty of croissants, fruit, yoghurts etc too.

The key cards are a nightmare 3 nights = 5 different cards 
Staff are all friendly, room was clean but getting a little worn and for the first time ever I was offered GF bread not just a chart stuck in my hand.

Toghether with my wife an my daughter we enjoyed very much our stay at Premier Inn, stay wich allow us to have a dream family vacation due to locations near bus and trăim stations, central location near shops and mall and quality of sleep

Christmas period familly vacation at Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead

We had a great stay, very much thanks to the fantastic staff! Everyone was super helpful and went out of their way to help at ever step. A special big thank you to the breakfast team, both Patrik and Talha in particular, who made it a great experience for us and our two little ones. Thank you to all the team! We'll definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff 

Nice hotel in a perfect location with nice restaurant and bar serving tasty food and drinks! Very comfortable beds and lovely staff! If your looking for a good value good quality good location budget hotel in Hemel then this is the one for you. Highly recommended! 

Relaxing Break!

Fantastic staff helped me when needed breakfast is Fantastic.....  unfortunately no chef in evening for dinner but understandable they are trying there best to get a chef in... but there ate loads of takeaway places to order for the mean time just please be patient while they get this sorted .. I could not fault them at all my child loved how the staff interacted with him and stopped to chat to him and a lady (forgot her name sorry) helped my son when he had a meltdown and gave him some toys and crayons +pictures to colour in would stay here again

Hotel good but badly let down there has been no chef there for months and they don’t seem to be trying to sort it out told if you want food at night get a takeaway not good enough as a hotel advertising food they should be supplying it Hemel is of kebab houses but no general restaurants so food at the hotel is important get it sorted

This hotel is great value for money, with a car park in an adjoining multi-storey building.  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I was impressed at their vegan options available at breakfast. 

Hotel stay before visiting Harry Potter World.

Notably warm room as well as the restaurant, which made our stay very comfortable. 

The food in the restaurant was very good quality (steak was succulent and tasty) and will certainly return.

Delightfully warm room

Very comfortable and very clean.
The room was nice and warm.
brilliant selection for breakfast and plenty of it, very tasty and sausages of good quality.
All the staff were very helpful, friendly and well mannered.
The manager Patrick was particularly helpful and had spent many days in a row in the building on minimum or no sleep, he deserves a medal! 
I didn’t catch the name of the lady at reception but, she was dark haired and wearing Dr. Martin boots, she was very friendly and smiling lots.
Both of them are definitely in the right job and deserve the recognition for their hard work.

The only criticism I have regarding our stay is that the restaurant was not open in the evenings due to staff shortages (which I fully understand can not be helped) and this at times made it a little inconvenient for my daughter and I and added to our spending allowance.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back.
