Awful. Staff were beyond shocking. Asked for some water as the vending machine was broken. Told “ain’t our fault what you want us to do”. Me and my dad just wanted a glass of water, but was once again told “what you want us to do” by two young lads on the desk. We just wanted some water, then was brought out a cup, literally a cup of water and when I asked for more they were getting aggressive and annoyed that I was happy that “I’ve gone and got you water” etc. unbelievable

Rooms OK, Staff AWFUL

5 great experience came here with my family and was exactly what we needed. Rooms. Great size and requested a cot which was great. Had double bed along with single and a cot was more then sufficient. Was a great stay and can not complain. However need to write this review to be able to something.

Great stay recommend staying if you need a night away. However need to write this to be able to do anything in your room

I’m disabled and all the disabled parking spots were took up by non disabled cars, staff said it’s because we are busy yet there were plenty of spots available at the other side of the hotel. 
Pillows are awful, like bricks! In the morning whilst getting ready I noticed something on the bed…..it was a flea! Complained to staff and he couldn’t have cared less just said “ok I’ll let them know “ and walked away. I use this hotel a lot, but will be staying elsewhere in future

Hotel and restaurant are both very tired. Probably the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. 
Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful but not so much in the restaurant (different building) 

Considering Premier Inn pride themselves on their comfy beds I felt it was past its best. That might just be down to personal preference though. 

I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to others.

I really hate complaining, this isn’t a complaint, more like just letting Premier Inn know, starting off strong the bed is the comfiest bed ever, pillows included! food delicious and plenty of choice. the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and there is mould on the ceiling and skirting boards. when I went to open my curtain, the rail and screws came out so the curtain was on top of me, I let reception know but the maintenance guy wasn’t in, the staff were really lovely about it and offered to move me but they temporarily fixed it for the night as I was checking out the next day. Cobwebs on the ceiling in the bedroom, The person above me VERY heavy footed and thought they were coming through the roof, woke me up early hours of the morning, I had a door in my room I think through to the next room, it was locked but I could hear the peoples conversation next door and their telly quite frustrating, I have travelled from near Newcastle to High Wycombe for work and just wanted a peaceful 2 nights

Pretty average Premier Inn, which is a bit tired. The best thing about this particular Premier Inn is that it is fairly close to London, but in a really quiet location, tucked at the back of a small housing estate. We have stayed there several times and slept really well. There are very few facilities in the immediate area apart from the adjoining pub, which is OK,  food is passable but not great.

We stayed two nights when attending a nearby event, and everything was as easy and efficient as we have come to expect at most Premier Inns. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and ample parking.  Our only slight disappointment was that fried eggs at breakfast were left on a buffet heater, rather than being specially cooked to order, but other than that all was very good.

Very good as usual

We stayed at this hotel in one of the hottest days in June.  Unfortunately there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room.  This had little use due to the difficulty ventilating the room.  It was such a hot day but there was no respite from it in the room. The worst part though was finding bed bugs on our bodies the next morning and then more in the bed.  We had little time to complain as we had to catch a train so emailed them a few days later after finding resultant bites on my eldest daughters ankle which took a while to heal.   
Highlighted to the company about the bed bugs but also to claim on their goodnight sleep guaranteed. 
I did get a reply eventually which was"Please accept our sincere apologies for the length of time to reply, we are experiencing a slight backlog of emails at present. We are currently investigating the issues raised and will have a full response & resolution for you soon."
Complete waste of time.  I have had no further reply. I emailed again after waiting the appropriate time.  Their website says to wait 35 days for a reply and after such a long time waiting for a reply which hasn't come decided to write a review.  Do not stay at this hotel until it's fumigated.  

Bed bugs and good night guarantee waste of time.  

My husband and I stayed for a weekend to attend an event nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check in was fast and stress free. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had tea/coffee facilities, an ensuite bathroom, extra pillows, and a hairdryer which was useful. The only minor compliant we had was that there was no air conditioning in our room and it was about 35 degrees all weekend, but that couldn't be helped, and we were provided with a fan which helped. There's also a Brewer's Fayre next door serving vegetarian/vegan food which was great for us, free parking, and a kids play area nearby for families. The area is extremely accessible for visiting places nearby too. We would definitely stay here again. 

Comfortable and Spacious

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Premier Inn Hotel. I booked through their reservation line (contact number: 03330030025) with the booking reference ADU4300406 due to an issue with their online booking system. During the call, I was assured that I would receive two booking confirmations. The first confirmation was for a flex rate. I was informed that the second confirmation, for a non-flex rate, would be emailed to me once the manager approves. I should disregard the initial email and focus on the revised version provided in the second response. This conversation took place on August 22 at 11:24.

To my dismay, I only received the first confirmation for the flex rate. This was the first time Premier Inn failed to deliver its promise. To rectify the situation, I called the same number again. I explained the entire situation and provided the receptionist with all the necessary details, including my booking reference. Once again, I was assured that the manager would review the call record and contact me to resolve the matter. This follow-up call occurred on August 23 at 14:42, with Reef ensuring me that her manager would call me back either the same night or by the 24th of August.

Regrettably, I have not received any communication from the manager, and I was left with no choice but to pay the flex rate for my stay in High Wycombe Beaconsfield from August 25 to August 27. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has left me feeling let down by the lack of follow-through and accountability from Premier Inn's staff. I expected better service and professionalism from a reputed hotel chain like Premier Inn.
