Warm welcome from all staff, especially Stevie who acted as a true professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Location wise, it has very good connections and sits right next to a lovely canal.

My son and i stayed here for several weeks while our bungalow was being refurbished...what a lovely hotel, with fabulous staff that couldn't do enough for us (Stevie Barry)Lovely clean rooms too...and all this next to beautiful views over thr canal, would also recommend the Marina pub next to it... great staff and lovely food 😋

Great hotel with fabulous staff.

We have stayed here often as we visit family in the area. We have always had a pleasant stay and were especially made to feel welcome on this occasion by the lovely Karen who was friendly and very helpful. We also enjoy the marina nearby with the wildlife. Definitely will return.

The hotel in itself is of a very high standard. The conference room we had was outstanding. The food is good the receptionists are very friendly. However, the room in was in was dated. With a hole in the bathroom door and is in a dire need to a lick of paint. My biggest gripe was the bar. 2 people serving with people at least 10-14 deep waiting to be served with both food and drinks. Then both nights food order came out disjointed people had finished before other orders arrived. This really needs to be dealt with. It has left a sour taste in my visit for me.

Almost a great 2 day stay

Upon arriving staff were very friendly (special mention to Stephen/Steven for checking me in) 
As expected from a Premier inn, room was clean and well stocked. Located well within Hinckley next to a service station and a short drive from any superstores and town centre. Would recommend if staying in the area

Friendly and Clean experience

I would like someone from the hotel to contact me immediately to arrange for my refund 
I booked via the app. The first booking failed, the second was successful and I got a confirmation, however 2 full payments were taken for my stay. 
I made numerous phone calls, no one ever answered at the hotel and I got cut off repeatedly on the main booking line. Eventually I got through to someone who said they would process the rufund straight away. Over 2 weeks later still no sign of my money and I can't get through to anyone at the hotel.....again. The phone is never answered. I shouldn't have to be wasting my time and chasing a big company like yourselves for a refund for my own money which you have taken without permission.

On arrival for my booking I was waiting in an empty reception for over 15 minutes, despite pressing the bell for attention numerous times. I was running late for meeting with friends so this was very annoying to have to be delayed again as no one was available to check me in. When the lady did arrive there was no apology, she just said she had been somewhere else..... no way, hadn't guessed !!
I've stayed here numerous times as it is convenient, however I wont again unless this is resolved satisfactorily

Taken Payment Twice, Still no refund after 2 weeks

The New Guy Chris was just fab!  Made us feel really welcome!  Polite, friendly and courteous.  As per the rest of the staff there. Couldn't fault it.  The bed was so comfy, found the extra pillows. Had breakfast and a carvery in the restaurant which was lovely.  Couldn't fault the service at all.

Great level of customer service and detail at this hotel. From check in to check out Jack and Chris was really informative friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. For that reason this would be the hotel I choose to stay for work in hinckley

Exceptional

Although the hotel feels rather dated and is urgent need of upgrading, it is immaculately maintained and has some amazing assists in its staff.

Jack the duty of site manager is polite friendly and an excellent ambassador for the company.  He has an engaging manner which I’m sure makes each customer feel as valued as I do.

I had dealings with Martin, the maintenance bod, who kindly went out of his way to help me out with a non-hotel related issue.

In the staff, you have some absolute stars.

The hotel really does need some investment though.

Exceptional customer service

Had a great stay and especially thanks to Karen  who was very helpful and happy and is certainly an asset to Premier Inn. The beds are very comfortable and the room was great. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a good nights sleep.
