Amazing. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Clean, modern, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious. Parking between 6pm-8am is free of charge in car park next to the hotel. Breakfast is fresh, all you can eat breakfast from cooked breakfast to pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and fruit. Would definitely stay here again. Worth the money all day long.

Superb, perfect for families

I always stay at premier inn when visiting the Severn valley railway. For me it is ideal so close to everything as having a disability I like to spend the evening in the room relaxing for the next day. Brilliant breakfast as a coeliac plenty of choice and an allergy check list. I can't fault the hotel the staff are really friendly and helpful and I feel safe and comfortable there I wouldn't stay anywhere else. 

Weekend

We stayed at the kidderminster premier inn over Christmas when visiting family. It was very easy to get to with plenty of parking. Easy check in with friendly staff and the rooms we had were fantastic. Very clean and comfy with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was delicious and hot with a great choice of options. 

Excellent stay

When I checked in at approx 23.00 I asked for the breakfast times and was politely told the opening hours but also informed there was no need to order or pay now and to just pay in the morning. At 09.40 myself and a few friends ordered our food with waiter John who didn't seem very happy and was a bit sharp replying to the simple questions I was asking him.

After about 25 minutes I politely asked how long the breakfast would be as we had a train to catch.  He then very very rudely snapped saying " well if you had ordered it when you checked in then you wouldn't have to wait so long". I started to reply that we had tried to but he just walked off as I was talking to him. He then just barged into the kitchen and slammed the door so hard it made an almighty bang which made everyone in the dining area jump.
I was most upset and even to say frightened as to what may happen next. The manager on duty Walid was most apologetic. By now I was not wanting my food and he kindly gave me a full refund for my breakfast.  Still very worried what may happen I quickly returned to my room to collect my belongings and departed the building. I am a regular at many Premier Inns over the UK but this stay has upset me and I may not return. Staff like John should definitely not be in working face to face with guests.

Appauling Breakfast Service

We  thought the building was really characterful. The room was lovely and had everything we needed, it was very very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Good parking outside.

Two night stay

Premier Inn really have a good business model: value for money, spotlessly clean, all basics available, fantastic beds and great breakfast. This one in Kidderminster is up to the usual standard and for a central hotel really quiet and comfortable.

The hotel itself is located on a retail park which is good as you can park right outside, we forgot our toothpaste so popped next door to Boots to buy some.

The reception in the hotel is on the top floor, which is fine if the lifts are working. We were lucky, but when other members of my family arrived, they were broken, so they had to lug their bags up 4 flights of stairs to check in. The lifts were faulty on and off throughout our stay, one guest said that they had got stuck in one the night before!

When we checked in, we asked if we could book a table for dinner, but we were told that there was a limited menu and we were better off going elsewhere. We asked if we could grab a drink whilst we waited for the rest of my family to arrive, but they said there was no draught beer and that the bar didn't open until 6. Both aspects were disappointing as we booked the Premier Inn for convenience because most hotels have a restaurant/bar.

We ended up going to a restaurant called Tappeto which was a short walk away, the food was good and the staff were friendly so I would recommend having a look if you're stuck for somewhere to go.

The room was pretty standard for a Premier Inn, but the walls were really thin, and we were woken up throughout the night by noisy guests in neighbouring rooms and noise from people walking down the corridors.

We booked a breakfast for the next morning and that was good. The food was fresh and plentiful. There was a lot of choice. 

All in all, it was okay. I wouldn't return but it was alright for one night for the cost.

Average - Not the best Premier Inn that I've stayed in

The staff made us feel so welcome and were friendly and chatty throughout our stay. Made a lasting trip for my daughter who’s birthday it was even more memorable for her. 
Great location for the West Midlands safari park also! 

Wonderful staff

2nd time we've used this premier Inn and its never failed us. Friendly, helpful staff and clean throughout, breakfast is always tasty and filling. Absolute pleasure staying here and it's in such a handy location for our needs. 

Friendly and welcomed

Too hot! So, this was a last minute decision to stay at a Premier inn after travelling with family.  We had a wonderful welcome from Shaun on reception and he directed us to a local restaurant for dinner. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean and quiet. We even received a small welcome gift in our room. However I’ve had to mark down due to the temperature of the bedroom. We arrived to a stifling bedroom. Temp was set to full fan 28 degrees!!!!!!!! I mean, yes it’s a bit cold outside but that is totally unecessary. Especially given energy prices right now. With no ability to open a window and the fan not cooling the room sufficiently despite being either switched off or on to 17 degrees it made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We would stay again but I would have complained and asked for a different room once it was evident that the room would not cool sufficiently. Premier inn, you don’t need to spend this money on energy!
