This delightful guest house continues to impress. We have stayed here four times in total and I have to say that the very high standards are maintained.
We stayed in room 3 - spacious, comfortable, well appointed with plenty of storage  for your belongings. Fabulous modern bathroom with one of the best showers I have ever experienced. 
The guest house is located in an ideal spot - close enough to town so that you don't have to walk far to get to the shops or for an evening meal and far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Even though its on a bus route you just don't hear any traffic noise at all.
The hosts Tracey and Mark have got it just right - they are there if you need them but are not "in your face". I celebrated my birthday during our stay and this was made extra special by this smashing couple. 
Tracey's cooking is delicious and Mark attends tables with efficiency. There's lots of choice for breakfast covering all tastes and food requirements.

Please visit this gem of a place if you are visiting Llandudno. You won't regret it.

If I could award 10 stars I would!

We have stayed here before. Love this place. Mark and Tracy treat you like old family friends! They have the ideal balance between being totally professional and being so friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast- wow! Piping hot! and delicious!
Everywhere is spotless and the rooms are lovely with plenty of room. The shower is 'spot on' just like the comfy bed. 
It is situated mid way between North Beach and West Shore,yet it is on a quiet road. Literally a 5 minute walk to the main shops.
We are always so sad to leave- we have tried other B and B,s but always come back to this one.

Friendly Home from Home!

Between the Bays never disappoints, everything about it was perfect, as always.  Extremely comfortable bedrooms with all the facilities you could wish for !  Spotlessly clean throughout.  Breakfasts freshly prepared by Tracey are simply delicious, and Mark ensures these are presented in a timely manner with a generous sprinkling of good humour.  It was just the tonic we needed, and we very much hope to return in the near future.

We stayed at Between The Bays for 4 nights during the Easter bank holiday, Parking was easy, there were plenty of spaces on the road outside of the property and a couple of spaces on the drive. Our room was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious with a comfy bed and a large bay window. The owners, Tracey and Mark were very friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and could do nothing more to make us feel welcome; genuinely nice people.  Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and cooked from fresh. The location is perfect, only a short walk from the main eating and shopping areas and promenade yet still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again when we return to the area.

Great property, great hosts

Second visit this year and same welcome and service as before. Spotlessly maintained, excellent breakfast and ideally positioned. Watching Llandudno triathlon was an unexpected bonus. Already booked a visit next year.

Excellent late break

Without a doubt the best B&B we have ever stopped in.It is in a great location not far from the center of Llandudno.Mark and Tracey really made us feel at home as soon as we met them. They thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts were truly magnificant and served on hot plates too! When we return to Llandudno we will be stopping here again for sure and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic!

Have visited over a number of years Mark & Tracy never fail to impress us with their efficiency, cleanliness and brilliant breakfasts. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they fully deserve their 5 star rating. The location is perfect for a visit to Llandudno. We look forward to our visit next year.

Excellent as always

Just back from another fantastic stay at Between the Bays with Mark & Tracey.  As usual they went the extra mile to accommodate our every need including help with my husbands mobility scooter. The level of cleanliness, the standard of service and the quality of the food was as ever well above the norm. This visit was arranged by our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding. Mark & Tracey were aware of this in advance and the welcome awaiting us in our room was something special.  As usual we cannot recommend Between the Bays highly enough.
