I was there in December 2019 on a school trip. We stayed in this place one night, however it was the worst experience. Broken windows, not able to lock the door, shared bathroom, light walls, terrible stuff, disgusting food. We were all scared to life. I definitely do not recommend! 

Terrible experience

I arrived late at this hotel 11 days ago having booked online., The police were there as the place had been robbed , apparently by someone known to the staff! !! I wasn’t expecting much for the price in London but expected basic cleanliness and decent service.  I was told there was no booking but as it was 10pm and as I was desperate I had no option but to pay again . I was told if they received the initial booking I would be refunded. was shown to a room which was shabby and grubby but not expecting much I wasn’t disappointed. When my bank details showed that I had been charged twice 2 days later I phoned and was told they had no other booking. Having eventually  acknowledged that I have paid twice I have phoned daily to get a refund but have been fobbed off and lied to by various staff ... still no refund 11 days later despite repeated attempts and phone calls . The place seems to be used primarily to house vulnerable people but feels unsafe and lacks basic hospitality.

Would not even let sewer rat stay here. After travelling 7 hrs all we wanted was a shower and our bed to be greeted with this dump. 
 Do not book here it’s was disgusting and filthy and no breakfast inc

A & B hotel, Ealing London

We stayed for one night for a concert nearby. We were allocated a twin room in the overflow house down the road from the main hotel. It was £65 per night per room. The receptionist was helpful and nice. The hotel car park was full but it was easy to find local parking. The tube is five mins down the road, with many local shops available. The location is ideal for a London trip. The room was clean but small. It was modernised and the beds were ok. There was a buffet self service breakfast and several kitchen areas in the building for self catering. I don't know about the conditions in the main hotel, but this overflow house was nice and safe. I would stay again, and recommend it.

A good price for London!

Stayed for 3 nights whilst going to a nearby festival. I wasn’t expecting much for ~£30 a night. As expected, very basic. Not the cleanest place in the world and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Toilets/showers not that clean either. If I had paid more then I would be leaving a much more critical review but for £30 a night I got exactly what I was expecting (based on past experiences). 

I can’t say much about the staff as I didn’t interact with anyone outside of checking in/out but they seemed nice enough. 

If you’re just passing through and need a cheap place for a night then this place would do the job but if you’re planning on a long stay I would definitely look elsewhere and consider paying a bit extra. 

Absolutely Basic

It's a shame. It's not because the price is low that you have to accept everything. A deplorable receptacle, the handle on the front door of the room that turns into a vacuum, chewing gum stuck in the sheets, the water chase a disaster to run, the window that doesn't close completely and a dirty room.

Don't go in there.

Great location with free parking and easy access to the tube but by far the grubbiest  hotel room ( room16) I have ever stayed in. The state of the walls in the room was disgusting. It all needed a good cleansing to  remove what looked like old snot an god knows what else from the wall. Moved the bed away from the wall to avoid touching it. Only one what appeared to be dirty towel in the room and had to ask for another  two. Didn’t chance staying for breakfast as not sure how hygienic the kitchen and dining room would have been based on the lack of general cleanliness room. Wouldn’t want to stay there or recommend this place. Just wish I had seen the reviews first

Grubby hotel

Was a short notice booking 
Was very disappointed as room was tatty 
And bathroom dirty .bed was fit for hobbits only 
And the breakfast was just toast and cereals 
Wouldn't book to stay there again 
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Family funeral

Hotel in zone 3 near metro station Hotel well soundproofed indoors on the other hand located at a very busy crossroads Room 22 traffic noises all night! Room and common areas with carpet and bathroom adjacent to the 2 old ladies A tray with tea and coffee kettle Breakfast with toast and cereal only Fortunately Veronica is here to ensure the intentions, it is effective.

Hotel near the metro station

The hotel is small and is divided into two separate houses. It has a kitchen for you to prepare your breakfast which is included. The quality price is not bad but it lacks a little more cleaning and some renovations. The bathroom is shared. We had no problems because we used to not coincide with others but used to be clean. The kitchen is not so clean as people do not think about others. The bed is uncomfortable but the pillow is very fine and uncomfortable. The bed linen is very clean and the towels were changed every day.
