I found this a brilliant little get away. Everything was up to standard and beyond.

Breakfast was lovely and had all tea and coffee available plus extra available.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly and were happy to help and give you directions to local shops, restaurants etc.

Brilliant cozy hotel

We had planned to stay here for one night as travelled from Leeds to visit family in chess gton. Website and confirmation email said can check in from 11am (for additional fee). Tried to book online to find you can’t pre-book the early check in till you get there….. long drive down on Boxing Day- arriving at 11:15 to be told we couldn’t check in early, would be about 1:30 u til we could get into room. No toilet o sure after a long drive so had to go in adjoining restaurant. 
Checked in later that evening after visiting family… then had problems with the air on which wouldn’t turn off and it was really noisy (daughter has autism so was really uncomfortable for her with the noise).
Took the Girl from reception,  and my husband around 1.5hours to rectify the problem… no more rooms to be moved into. So fair warning.. if your planning an early check in.. you may not get it!!!

No early check in!

Very difficult to get hold of. Spoke to PI customer service, they could not get hold if the hotel. Made requests via email and telephone for interconnected rooms as we have 3 children. However request was not read or acknowledged and we ended up with 2 separate rooms. Appalling service. Staff did not care. Rooms very old and tired. 

Premier Inn Chessington Service

Arrived after 3pm check in, was given room key to find room wasn't ready, was left as previous guest left it, unmade bed, rubbish in the bin, towels in the bath. Was given new room, but it smelled of damp, sings of mould around window, and was very cold. 

Staff were all very friendly. Room was smaller than the usual premiers I’ve stayed in but wasn’t an issue really. Main issue was the room slept of damp & carpet was really wet - didn’t notice how damp the carpet was in two areas of the room until the morning. To be fair - I didn’t complain at the time so I don’t know if we would have been moved. Did mention to housekeeping in the morning on check out. Was only there for a bed at night but wouldn’t have been happy if I’d have to spend any significant time in room.

Premier Inns are OK but Premier Inns as a company are losing the plot:
- I really do not want to have to tell reception that I want my room made up every day - this should be done automatically and as a matter of course.
- There is plenty of parking but why are there so many parking spaces labelled for disabled drivers - and why are most of those disabled spaces occupied by Transit vans most nights? As a senior citizen I want to be able to park reasonably close to reception and not down the far end of a poorly lit parking area.
- The entrance is easy to miss so why wasn't the Premier Inn signage lit as soon as it got dark?
- Why hasn't the bathroom sink in room 29 been replaced? The crack doesn't look particularly hygienic.
- The shower controls have obviously had a problem in the past and the repair has been bodged.
Why do the floors creak - haven't the rooms been recently refurbished?
- Can I please have a comfy chair in the room!
- Please do not try and 'encourage' me to order a dinner-and-breakfast package.
- Please can I have a full menu in my room!


Premier Inns are losing the plot

Desperately in need of a refit. Creaky floors, dirty walls, stained and worn bath ware. The reception stank of BO and the smell didn’t get much better as you walked the corridors. Really not the pride of premier and must be one of their worse sites in the U.K.

During my recent business trip to Chessington, I revisited a stay I had with my family at CWA. The entire building desperately needs refurbishment. Rebuilding might even be a more cost-effective solution given the extensive issues like water ingress, black mold, and damp. The hotel should be closed immediately. I empathize with the staff working in such conditions and wonder about the apparent lack of care from the maids. Regardless of their efforts, guests like me will continue to highlight the dirty rooms resulting from severe neglect. I spoke with the manager for an hour, and while he deserves commendation, it's unfortunate he has to manage such an awful place. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide never to return to Premier Inn.

Back on a  Business trip 

Cot in the room , uncomfortable smell probably baby related, heating not functioning, bathroom pubic hair in the bath, toilet not cleaned properly and basin blockage. I took pictures. No alternative room offered

A very poor room

Lovely staff. Hotel needs to be refurbished  brilliant location to Chessington world of adventures. Great for the family. Very helpful staff. Nice clean rooms but could do with some TLC as room are looking tired.
