I had a week booked, 2 hours in I walked to a hotel down the road and booked there for the rest of my stay!

The staff were extremely rude, it was advertised as having 24 hour reception. I got there and had to call a mobile number stuck on the door. 30 minutes later someone came to let me in and showed me a room I hadn't booked. I asked about the private bathroom, was given the rudest response.

The place was dirty, stank of cigarettes, grubby and security looked so bad I told the staff member I couldn't stay. I went to find somewhere else, they did not have rooms until the next day so I stayed at Lodge 51 that night. The staff member asked for a bit of  cash for that night. I was only too happy to pay to get the hell out of there!

I 'd booked a week, left after a day!

Friendly staff nice room good location 30 min walk to the Olympic stadium plenty of shops morrisons just around the corner mc donalds just down the road happy with our choice and will visit again in the future 😊

Very small room and extreme mini-bath. The bed, unfortunately very uncomfortable because of a broken feather. The hotel room scores because of the good location. Right on the main street, loudly. Nice service. I wouldn't book this a second time, though. For the price it was still acceptable. There were no hooks in the bathroom. Towels were nowhere to hang.

Good location

Overnight stay Sept 2014 for Invictus games. It was just ok. Somewhere to sleep. Beds lumpy. Bathroom grubby. Kitchen too. Back garden ok. Seedy area. But if you need cheap digs it will do. Easy enough to find. They took money before I got there.

OK for one night (two at most)

This place is in a great location for Westfield and Stratford tube station. It comes with limited parking and don't expect a reserved parking place as it won't happen. The room was tiny, smelt of smoke and the tiny shower was so hot it was almost scalding. The bed was uncomfortable and no good for anyone over 6'. Our room was near to the office and they received phone calls all night which we could hear. The only positive point is that the room was clean and towels/sheets freshly laundered.

Noisy, Smelly but cheap

Easy to access from Stratford station, everything is very close within. 20-25 minutes and you are in the city central with the Central line. If you do not want to spend sky high prices for one night sleep, this can be a good choice for a couple of nights, but be aware of the fact that this is not the most tidy place you have been to which can be a stress after 2-3 days: dirty roomfloor, dirty shared bathroom(who knows when was it last cleaned) and the smell of cigarette in the whole house.

Cheap but not very neat.

It's filled with dust and a dirty carpet. There was dirt all over the place and the building is deprived of all the essential services. I couldn't pay with my card, which forced me to withdraw cash, causing the costs to skyrocket because of the ATM withdrawal fees.

Absolutely not recommended

More than a B&B, it's an Indian-run dormitory. The very low price justifies the condition of the dormitory. Not very clean, dirty walls, on the wall of my room there was something attached that looked like a rubber candy. I hope it was a candy.

I'm not going back.

We stayed here with four people for the 2013 Champions League final. The location in east London, a stone's throw from the Olympic Stadium and the Westfield shopping centre, is certainly the hotel's biggest advantage. Everything else, from cleanliness to amenities and service/friendliness of staff, was completely below average and not recommended.

Far below average hotel

It's a nice hotel, but really rotten, from the entrance to the room, through the spring-crunching bed, the moist shower, and the walls as thin as cigarette paper.
