When we got there there,there was no one there.
PHoned and we were told our booking has been cancelled,so had to book somewhere else.lost our money.thieves
Thieves,stole our money and that is how they make their living,stealing from hard working people 

Avoid ,they take your money and when you get there there is no one there

A scam with which companies like Booking wash their hands and companies like this hotel take advantage and scam you. They leave you on the street and cancel your booking. If you have any money left. No go, please. I don't want them to go through it like I did.

Booked on Booking three weeks ago for three nights, they confirmed to us by phone that we could arrive between 7pm and 8pm, once on site it was impossible to contact them, they text us after 30 minutes that they offer us another room... in a village 20 minutes from London!

They lied to us, they confirmed our reservation and that we can come late and than at 2 am we we arrived they cancelled and left us with explanation. They do not want to give us money back for 3 days and lie that it was our fought because we did not come. I do not know words who can correct describe how bad are the people from the hostel becouse thieves and scammers is not enough

DON'T STAY!! Thieves and scammers

We booked in this property for a total stay of 7 nights in November 2016, a wedding for two. On the evening of the check in we were left outside the apartment by the owner whom we had never seen for the entire stay, we tried to call him twice at the cost of €10 by calling of course from an Italian number, we were attacked by the phone in our face laughing. We had to open the door from the other guests who were inside the house, we had no assigned room, we chose the dirty one even within the limits of indecency.

Get as far away as you can.

I booked with booking.com, by mistake, this structure. The next day I sent an email asking to cancel the booking made, unfortunately, in a non-refundable way. I called Booking.com, explaining what happened and they reassured me that they would do their best, at the same time I kindly asked to cancel the booking, the scammer owner of this pseudo-rental room, was removing the entire amount from my credit card.
