+Good Location, friendly host, Basic breakfast but nice and fresh , good value
- no car park take ages to find one, was extremely hot day - even the fan cant help 
Bathrooms might need little upgrade for this numbers of guests.



Good Location stay

Good nits: first of all this is nice, cosy home-stay/B&B, but NOT A HOTEL. It's in close proximity to Elephant&Castle Rail and Underground Stations. There is no sign on the outer doors that this is B&B so need to go by the address only. Very friendly and helpful host, ready to help and answer questions. Good communication via email and phone. Room are basic but have everything that is needed for few night stay. There's a tower extension in each room so there is plenty of sockets available to charge all your portable equipment. Towels and bedding supplied for each guest, toiletries and hair dryer available in shared bathroom. Breakfast is basic, but cannot fault it, there's a plenty of everything. There's a possibility to store own food or drinks in the kitchen fridge, what makes a difference in breakfast of you require one. Kitchen is a generous size and well equipped. Close to the hostel there's a lot of shops, supermarkets, takeaways and McDonald if you fancy one. Deciding to book this accommodation, please remember this is a B&B/home-stay, not a hotel; then you won't be disappointed.

Bad bits: bunk beds are a bit squeaky, specially the top parts, but not to the point that it prevents sleeping; although for a person who isn't used to it it may create an issue. There are seven rooms and only two bathrooms with toilets, so access to the loo or shower may require longer waiting periods or early waking up if all seven rooms are full.

Good, cheap and comfortable B&B/home-stay but only for few days.

She booked this place a month before the trip via booking.com, paid immediately, the booking was non-refundable. Less than a week before the trip, she received a request from the hotels to cancel the booking, allegedly the booking was not paid...but the money was withdrawn from the account and booking.com had no other information.

The location is ideal for getting to the heart of London. In Mons 30 I take a bus or subway. Also close to the station to get to Luton airport. Regarding the accommodation itself, no fence, just a curtain. When the room faces the street, with the lights that stay on all night, not obvious. We were next to the bathroom, a little noisy, but not more than in some other hotels

4 days with family

Good price, it's almost mission impossible to use toilet at the morning and evening, close mc Donald's where you can use toilet faster. In kitchen are mice. Stuff knows only 3-4 words in English so it's hard to get informations. Please note that you can't eat at the rooms and kitchen is open only in some hours so I think mostly we should eat on staircase. Close to elephant and castle. Hard to find at Google maps, you need to look for big Ben budget rooms to find more accurate location. First two days they gave me fresh towel but later I had to buy towel for myself. Breakfast included, very basic- jelly, ham, cheese, bread, milk, apple juice, orange juice, chocolate, some cookies, tea and coffee.

I booked this trip for myself and my sister.  It was only £45 for a room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom. 
I assumed that this was a hostel before we arrived.
Getting to the location was easy. Either foot,bus,tube etc.
But we had a big issue finding the actual building. The address on Google maps did not exist. So I rang the number on the website and it was answered by a confused woman. So tried the WhatsApp  which did eventually get answered.
By this time in had decided knock on a door ( the address shown in here is correct) a few minutes later a girl answered the door. 
We did eventually receive a map with the directions on his what's app after we had checked in. 
We were given the Wi-Fi password told a few house rules after being given our key. 
The room was very small and only a table,fan and box to put stuff in/on. 
The bathroom was next to the room which was clean. 
The kitchen is downstairs where breakfast is served. Which is basically toast,jam,biscuits, crackers and tea,coffee,juice. Not ideally for myself as I am a vegan. We got down fairly early and a family there had already eaten a good chunk of the food. 
Overall an okay night sleep and close to the centre. Don't except lavish this is not.it.

Very basic accommodation. no facilities in the room. No where to hang your clothes. door did not lock properly. Bathrooms clean but unsafe wiring. 
Noisy neighbours playing loud music with lots of base til very late.

Was clean, staff were friendly. No sign outside that this is a hotel.

I stayed with my wife and son at the Mirian Lomdon House and everything went very well.Mirian was very kind and friendly, helping us in whatever way they could.Thank you for making our stay so pleasant:)
