A typical English house in the Fulham district, a residential area, very quiet, but very convenient to move around on foot or by any means in any area of your interest. Our room, on the ground floor, was really comfortable, spacious and clean. Very bright.

3 days in London

We spent six nights in the small bed and breakfast, in the smallest of the three rooms, but completely enough for two girlfriends. Leah is the perfect hostess - & above all her breakfast is legendary: freshly baked croissants & toastbread, various jams (orange is always there!), a wonderful choice of cheese, a bowl of fresh fruit (peanuts, raspberries, blueberries, etc.), Greek yogurt, orange juice & coffee from the French press. Sometimes Rani, the cat, looks past & chats a little with the guests.

The perfect location for a London trip!

I stayed at Leah's B&B for three nights last December. We chose one of the two rooms with a shared bathroom, there is also a third with a private bathroom. I found the room and the whole house very comfortable. Leah is a kind and caring housewife and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast, which consisted of coffee/the of choice, fresh and exotic fruit prepared at the moment with Greek yoghurt, orange juice, toast with marmalade and butter and cheeses, was abundant and of excellent quality, served in a well-furnished room and set on a small but very clean garden. I also enjoyed the tranquility of the Fulham area where the attractions of the Tornham Street catwalk and other guests and traveling to the safe and secure area, and the surrounding neighborhood was very pleasant to enjoy.

I stayed at the property for 3 nights. Good welcome, kind and caring housewife. The rooms (3) are beautiful and tastefully furnished. Two of them have a common bathroom but it wasn't a problem. Great breakfast served in the living room that opens at the back of the house rich in beautiful pots of plants. The location of the property is excellent, located in a quiet street, a two-minute walk from Parsons Green subway station and a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway.

We were booked in for 3 nights. We arrived early as planned to leave our luggage and return later in the day. However, when I inspected the accommodation, I was concerned about the 25 steep steps to the attic room. When I expressed this to the owned she suggested that if I wasn't happy she would refund the money she had already taken and suggested we find somewhere else. I discussed this with my wife and we agreed we would go out with friends for the day and consider our position.
We decided to stay and I lugged our bags up to the room. After I was told this is not a hotel and I can't help you. I asked if we could do some washing and was told that we don't allow this and there is a laundry mat up the road. I wanted to have a shower as London was having a heat wave and we had been out all day. However, the corner bath, with hand held shower , due to the raked ceiling it is not possible to stand in the bath.. Apart from this there is no non slip mat  in the bath and I was unable to get in without slipping.
I found the owner very hostile and uncooperative who kept referring to her terms and conditions. 
Eventually late in the afternoon she asked us to leave and find somewhere else, which we did. She changed her story several times about refunding our payment and this will be something I shall follow up.
The owner said she had been in business for 11 years, and I suspect that maybe she has had enough of people staying in her little house.
I have never been asked to leave anywhere, and have always left on a good note.
We moved to a 5 star hotel in London which we are enjoying.
I cannot recommend this place if you want comfort, a welcome and some sort of service.

Leah welcomed us warmly into her cozy home. A beautiful and spacious room, a perfect bed, a rich and excellent breakfast: all the ingredients were combined to make Leah's stay enjoyable.

We stayed for two nights in this fantastic b&b, and we had a great time! Wonderful reception, very kind hostess, clean place and convenient location to take the subway (10 minutes' walk away). The excellent and rich breakfast, there is for all tastes! Very good quality price ratio, and if we go back to London we will definitely be back here.

It's highly recommended.

I stayed with my family in The Villes from 3 to 7 December 2014. Perfect location, very quiet area and a few minutes' walk from the subway and even less from Fulham Road where buses pass you to the centre (Piccadilly). Exceptional hospitality, the owner and her family welcomed us with a lot of warmth and courtesy. Good breakfast and very abundant! Very clean and comfortable rooms with wifi connection. We stayed in the Orange and Red rooms that had the same bathroom. Great experience and definitely to recommend!!!

Having to stay 2 days to visit the Earls Court fair, I opted for this B&B with a much more in-line quality-price ratio than you can find with some London hotels.
