A single weekend made us choose a hotel at a lower price but we would never have thought we would be faced with a show like this... the bathroom was to give him a FINE compliment... the same food... although his English food is not the best.

Highly recommended

The good news: the staff is very nice and very helpful, the breakfast is relatively good. From this place, the subway is only 10 minutes' walk away and the centre of London (Oxford Circus) is only 10 minutes' walk away. The bad news: don't rely on the photos shown on the websites, they're just very illusory installations. A bathtub and a plastic shower will be called Bathroom, plus a single tap of hot water running in the bathroom and cold water in the shower room... in my house. Toilets are common on the platform.

If you're staying at this hotel don't be too hard...

It's not a four-star hotel, but it's great for sleeping.

The place is central cmq we're in zone 2 to 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith which connects you to the district and circle line at 150 meters there's the pink line and the yellow line 20 minutes and you're in piccadilly with the piccadilly line always from Hammersmith at night there's the nights that take you from the center to the hotel and so on... the room n is a big one that since cmq the shower in the room n is agile and you have to go to the common one we personally opened the empty rooms and we did it in those rooms staffed and available and understands the precarious situation of the hotel and agrees without hesitation so if you're only interested in London and sleep well the night in the hotel more than

This hotel doesn't deserve any comments, the only advice I can give you: don't go especially!!!! I was in room 24, I didn't sleep the two nights I spent!! the window sleeper was nonexistent so it's like I've been sleeping in the street!!!

My boyfriend, me and another couple of friends wanted to spend a few days in London and so we looked for a hotel in the internet. Seeing the pictures of the Plaza Hotel we thought it was discreetly suitable for our trip,English style...ok for sleeping and breakfast. Go! we booked 1 night for two double rooms. When we arrived at the PLAZA Hotel they moved us to the REX (as it happened to senior tourists). The rooms were in the basement!!! Sewer, the bed covers had white spots...Doctor comment) the bed was full of MUFFA!!!!! MUFFA NERA but in all the corners and walls, the back of the chairs, the chairs were all tugged and frozen in searching and sleeping incapacitated.

The hotel we booked was the plaza but when we got there they told us it was full and as a result they moved us to the one next door. In the booking we decided to pay +' x the bathroom in the room but they as a bathroom mean a sink that has 2 faucets half a meter away and a rusty iron structure that they call shower while the bathroom was out in common with 2 other rooms. the smell of sewage came up from the drains that we managed to close with handkerchiefs. the carpet was very tight, in fact, in the room we had a guy with the water heater of the whole hotel (if that's what we want to call it) so whenever the water was running we felt all the dirt.

Never again!

I was bitten every night by little animals smell of moose toilet towels never changed for four days and nothing to hang them shower that drops all night rough almost nonexistent

Room 28 clean and correct. An unpleasant smell is always present from the open pipe near the window (shower water that creates steam not very pleasant all the time..). Shower in the room but off duty. Then room change at 03, as correct as the 28th. Shower in good condition, refrigerator and TV (a little old, past colors and unnecessary antenna) No change of shower towels or product (for 1 person instead of 2). Lunch in the hotel next door, the Plaza which is part of their suite of hotel. Pleasant and present staff. Common parts but no effort to clean parts not used (bathroom with toilet, plaster, clean room stains)
