We had a wonderful stay at Eden Roe! The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast & coffee were delicious. But most importantly the owners are so warm & welcoming that we felt at home! We definitely want to come back the next time we travel to Ireland :)

When we arrive we learn that the owners have not taken note of our booking made by email even 10 months in advance and confirmed by themselves. We show them the confirmation email, we assert our reasons. So they admit the mistake and give us the room since we are lucky to have arrived first. We don't know what will happen to the other customers. We understand that they were reached by phone and hijacked by Booking.com other facility. We have never had these booking displays on our previous trips. Never. And now 2 times every 2 days. I am so worried that I start sending emails to all the next b&b to remind us of our imminent confirmation. Fortunately, a few hours are coming, and all the people who are dispatched to the next room are also working together to solve the problem in the living room.

They lost our reservation.

This is an excellent B&B, the breakfast was amazing and they catered very well for my gluten free diet. The room was clean and had everything that you could want. The owners gave us a very warm Irish welcome. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic B&B

This is a well run friendly B&B, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.  Margaret was very helpful, advising me where to eat and the best routes to avoid the North West 200.  Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and plentiful.  Highly recommended.

Great B&B

Fantastic stay and a very warm welcome. Margaret cooked us breakfast at 6:30am so we could be off early to watch the North West 200.   Recommend a great place to eat just down the road.  Clean rooms a fab breakfast.

Perfect for NW200

I have been doing a walking and touring holiday in County Derry and was in Dungiven for 3 days because of the north Sperrins way and several beautiful ancient churches in the area. From the moment i arrived Margaret and Jim made me feel very welcome. Their home is so lovely, my room was extremely comfortable with all a traveller needs. There was free WiFi and a small fridge outside the room to keep stuff like water or milk in. I don't drive so in the evenings Margaret does request meals for anyone who doesn't drive. You see there's nowhere in Dungiven that does a sit down evening meal only take aways. The closest place is the ponderosa on the glenshane pass. Margarets evening meals are excellent and so is the breakfasts in the morning. I was told places to visit and go to, what pubs to check out too. I found out alot about the local area from jim and Margaret. I was told about all the local myths and legends because of the sculpture trail which is in various places in and around the local area. I plan to come back to the Dungiven area and i know definitely where to come back to. 

A warm welcome and a great place to stay 

We stopped by chance and we did well, nice rooms, great guests, what happiness. We were welcomed by Margaret who did everything to make our two-night stay perfect. Breakfast was, in my opinion, complete. Everything was perfect, the spacious room and a beautiful, large bathroom. Thank you very much to Margaret and her husband for everything!

This B&B is very well situated to visit Northern Ireland, the reception is warm and friendly, the bed is very good and Margaret is taking care of her guests, in a word: perfect!
