Magic 🎩 place . You wake up in the morning in a beautiful room to the accompaniment of singing birds.  You pull back the curtains and you see flowers everywhere. Really beautiful place. Highly recommended.

we've been staying on the caravan site for 9 years but now we've sold the caravan we have tried the cottages. We love this area as there is so much to do and great places to eat from small cafes to some really nice restaurant's. Just ask Richard and Judith and they will point you in the right direction. We found the cottage very comfortable and Cosay with everything you need provided. Chilly evenings at the beginning of October  but we were lovely and warm with the central heating. This is a great place to stay at any time of year. Very quiet with a lovely outdoor space and beautiful flowers.   We will certainly be back very soon.

Change from caravanning

We have been visiting one of the cottages for about 4 years..sometimes twice a year.
Last October we stayed for the week whilst we got married in Louth on the 29th of October.
And Richard and Judith kindly were our witnesses at our wedding...wonderful people.!
We are back this week for our anniversary..to enjoy once again this gorgeous place....

Part of me didn't want to leave to a review because this little gem is a true hidden  treasure and I would rather not share it 🙂
The hosts Richard and Judith couldn't be any lovelier. Discreet,  friendly and very knowledgeable about the local areas. They are happy to answer questions and seemingly tirelessly working to ensure the accommodations and surrounding areas are clear, clean, tidy and currently fully within government guidelines for covid. They have a well oiled routine for tending to the space and spent hours getting the cottages ready for next visitors. 
Our kiddies loved feeding the chickens daily and they seemed to eagerly await little tit bits.
The area is quiet, secluded and picturesque. 
Easy to reach local towns and explore other villages and close to some stunning isolated beaches. 
The accommodations have a great introductory folder explaining about the local area and offering some lovely ideas of local walks. We liked going to see the horses and exploring the local graveyard. 
We stayed in cottage 1. The photos don't do it justice.  Its is plenty big enough for a family of 4. Bedrooms are a good size and the shower is powerful. Great kitchen with  lots of utensils supplied, even with the whittling out of some for covid guidelines. Loved that we didn't have to bring our own towels as it saved on room in the car. My mum stayed too and booked into little owl. Its perfect for a single person or couple. Lovely tea tray and mum enjoyed the biscuits each day. Beds very comfy in both accommodations and we were sad to leave.
We loved staying here and would definitely check whether they had availability when we're next in the area.

Hidden treasure

Pretty site. It has had lots of care and attention,lovely flowers and baskets everywhere,lovely hosts, a pleasure to stay there. Lots of geese flying over a resident barn owl ,a very relaxing place to enjoy.

Beautiful

I found this B&B by chance and I couldn't think of a better choice! The place is delicious, very suggestive and relaxing. The owners are very kind and polite. The room was small but beautiful, there was nothing missing. The continental breakfast is simple, homemade, in line with the place. If I were to return to these areas I would definitely book here again.

4 nights here for bb,we came on a walking holiday,rural but only 10 minutes drive to Louth for all shops.
The cottage had everything,good bed,tv,wifi,clean linen towels,all good quality,lots extras,nice touch by the owners,bathroom had all modern fittings.
Well breakfast was all there,freshly cooked to order,served in a huge conservatory,with garden outlook.
The owners really have excelled here ,makeing you feel at home
For the high standard set here,we found the price below others we have stayed in.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Superb,location,accomadation,breakfast and of course the hosts.

We stayed here 26th October for 2 nights The room was lovely with everything you could possibly ask for dressing gown,hot water bottles,fan sewing kit a big variety of warm drinks plus biscuits and amazing homemade flapjack.
Richard and Judith are a really nice couple that welcome you into their home ,the breakfast is a choice of juices,cereals toast fruit then an English breakfast with local produce.
It is such a lovely place to stay and we are looking forward to going in the spring when my husband has got back on his feet after his hip replacement which judy was a massive help explaining how it was and she gave him hope and was understanding as she had had this herself .

Welcoming west view

Loved west view quaint village location lovely comfortable room with everything you could possibly need Breakfast to die for !!
Fabulous 2 night stay Richard and Judith welcomed us into their lovely home advised us of the best pubs for food and were genuinely friendly would definately return Thankyou

A little Gem

we stayed here for 5 nights in one of there self catering cottages. the owners were really nice and the cottage was so comfortable and clean. the kitchen was so well equipped that i could have cooked a roast dinner. the bed was so comfy that we struggled to get out of it in the morning. it was quiet and very nice.
