Please look to pay a little more and avoid making the same mistake as me and staying here.
I have stayed in hotels across the world, some good and some bad. This has to be in the top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 
For starters there is a strange and horrible smell in the property and I had to wash everything I took with me, even things in the case I did not wear.
The toilet had no toilet seat, bathroom was full of grime with a tiny sink you could not have a wash in.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the covers I was unsure if they had even been changed from the last occupant.
The tea making facilities were there but tea bags just left on the side. Not even in a bowl or anything.
The place just echoed noise and even as a heavy sleeper I was woken many times from loud noises from inside the building and possibly kitchen downstairs.
The only good thing I have to say is the food I had in the restaurant was good. But that was not enough to make up for the poor hotel.

Avoid!

I booked a last minute stay for myself and my 2 children before visiting Legoland today..
We arrived last night around 5pm and after entering our room I could of actually cried as I felt so awful letting my children stay in such a disgusting place.
It was beyond the worst place I have ever stayed in.
Absolutely shocking! 
The curtains were closed, it was dark and extremely warm. 
I will list just a few issues we had  ..

• Wardrobe door hanging off - very wobbly 
• 3 hangers in wardrobe just throw at the bottom
• Walls filthy, ceiling yellow and cobwebs everywhere!

• No kettle - just the stand 
• Opened biscuits 
• Filthy cups and saucer 

• A very loud dripping tap!!
• Bath and sink both very unclean
• Very dirty and dusty bathroom pipes and floor

• Bedroom chairs heavily ripped 
• Bedroom windows would not open
• Every drawer full of crumbs, dust - even one drawer contained a dirty tissue!

One of the single beds was very stained.

The carpet was disgusting, unclean, very very dirty - our feet were black! 

The TV was tiny and we had 3 remotes (only 1 worked for the TV - it also had NO back on it)

My son lost a toy behind the dresser which the tv was on. We dragged it forward and I was almost sick at the sight.

We left this morning at 8am to get breakfast before going to legoland so nobody was on the actual reception.
I have tried emailing them but it keeps saying undelivered and there is also no answer when I have tried to call.

I have taken around 30 photos and will be taking this matter further and reporting to trading standards 
Please please please do not stay here.

Don't be fooled . We stayed due to the price being alot cheaper than other local hotels.  

I honestly wouldn't stay again even if it was free!!!!

The worst stay ever. please read!!!

If we were only allowed to describe this hotel using a single adjective, it has to be 'seedy'. Everything about the place screamed outdated and grubby.  The electrics were dodgy & there was exposed wiring behind the ghastly brown plastic-covered headboard. Note the p the melted plastic hairdryer. Shabby curtains which weren't even 
properly hung. Filthy carpet leading from mostly unmanned reception. The stench of curry was apparent everywhere. No free Wi-Fi was offered on arrival. Only 6 parking places. Vile decor and shabby bathroom with outdated pink suite. Shower was only lukewarm. Lurid pink painted walls. Sheets & towels fine though not sure duvet cover was clean as some brown (coffee?) stains visible. Great (not) view from the window (see photo). No wonder there's no-one at the desk when checking out (you're told to post them in the letter box) because they won't want to hear the complaints. Only one plus point : quiet area. Never again! 


Outdated & grubby

It was the worst ever ever experience. The room was terribly dirty and dated. I was feeling discomfort when I tried to sleep. The mattress had some kind of wear which feels under the bed linen. I had skin irritation and could not sleep at all. After the first night I had very busy day and felt very tired so I had to book to stay somewhere else on my second night. I checked out without staying the second night I paid for. I called the lady from the reception and the manager in charge to show them the issues and explain them the situation. I offered a different room but was to late as I already had a very busy day ruined off and couldn’t risk again so I had to check out. I was explained to me that they don’t have cancellation policy on which I replied: I am not taking about cancellation, but refund as I did not receive the accommodation I paid for it. The response was to contact booking.com.
I do believe I should have my money refund!

The worst ever ever experience

Stay here on business every week, the rooms I have stayed in have all been renovated and everything works well and is clean. Staff are friendly and restaurant is delicious. Would recommend l, great room for a great price

Nicely renovated

Room was a dive, shower didn't work, when I asked to speak to a manager i was told I'd have to call him myself off my own phone. I called him and demanded a refund which he gave me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DIVE.

Awful, shouldn't be open

We loved our stay here! Amazing location, big space and affordable prices. The manager is such a nice guy, always willing to help make your stay special. Would recommend and will come back. Thanks Shah!

Kingswood hotel maidenhead

Car park entrance blocked with car. Waited in reception for ten mins after ringing the bell seversl times, then phoned the number on the desk only to be told it would be Ten mins as hes having a shower . Looking around dust everywhere front door needs paint reception area dirty with paper and fizz bottle over floor from upset bin. We left to go to different hotel only to be told no rooms available just missed one from a couple that walked out of the Kingswood Hotel ? Why was i not surprised ? 

DONT GO HERE

Smelly, dirty, litter everywhere and putrid-keep away at all costs!  No lift, parking difficult-We should have read up about this dump on Tripadvisor before we booked. We couldn't escape quickly enough once we had entered the grubby reception counter. Totally misleading advertising-surprised that booking .com had included this on their website!
