Rooms good  we were here in December and noticed dean who has a very good customer service not just with us but everyone he was serving I I would recommend this plaice we will be back for work again in a few weeks  and will stay in the same plaice definitely

Good service

Needed to use Prem Inns again this time for family visit, as usual staff went beyond expectations of excellence and especially security; as I have an INVISIBLE disability this was immediately noted, room changed to ground floor and incredibly well looked after by all staff in both the residential and the restaurant buildings. Great value for money and COMFORT/SECURITY brilliant. 

Outstanding two night stay: Comfort/SECURITY brilliant

Nice Prem Inn, met my neds and  had a really nice sleep. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. I stayed here as I was visiting the hospital over the road which was very handy. I did fid the price added up with early check in (which I needed) and breakfast

Comfortable  and clean

I have read the negative reviews and they seem to mainly concentrate on the lack of aircon.  True there was none but there was a fan in the room which is all we have in our home.  We stayed in January, the room was fine, can't really comment on the warmer months.  For a budget hotel, it was clean, easy to find, comfortable and everything worked.  Would definitely stay again.

Five Star Budget Hotel.

We use this hotel as we have to visit Christie's Hospital every 3 weeks and need a reasonably priced room  & Restaurant and staff who go the extra mile to help you should you need it.we are extremely pleased with this hotel and restaurant the staff go the extra mile to ensure our expectations are met and if they can't say yes they explain why they can't.  

Staff who care and a clean room and comfortable bed

The hotel, meal and rooms were fine. The trouble was at 4.50 in the morning we were woken by a fire alarm and had to go and stand in the car park in our night things and whatever we'd managed to grab in the way of a coat.  It was a false alarm but whether this was the fault of the system or person error I don't know. All I do know is that the guarantee of a good night's sleep or your money back was not honoured. Apparently there was something in the small print letting them off the hook. That isn't the fault of the staff at West Didsbury of course - they were fine - but I think it is wrong of the company to make a claim like that and then, the one and only time we have ever thought of claiming, they refuse any compensation for a disturbed night and over half an hour standing in a cold car park.  

Woken by the fire alarm

The room was fine as you expect from PI, although did have noise disturbance from other rooms which is unusual, car par good and staff friendly and efficient. Went to the pub next door for a quick bite in the evening but wouldn’t again. Disorganised and the bar area smelt of stale beer, food was poor in quality, quantity and value, especially the sharers and the nacho sharer is a joke for the price.

Premier Inns are a great brand - always reliable, you know what you're getting. Sadly this Premier Inn is old and tired. It needs an overhaul. The beds are hard and not comfy. The room has an old heater is which is really tricky to control. Could do better.

Not the best of Premier Inns sadly

Your staff were excellent. The experience at Beefeater was awful. We paid for the meal deal and were very disappointed. We were a party of two vegans and one vegetarian. Due to supply issues two of the three meals we could have had were off the menu. Basically our evening meal was a no choice vegan sausage and chips with sides of sweetcorn, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. All was cold except for the chips. The food was served on awful enamel dishes. It was pigswill pure and simple. I wouldn’t give this food to a dog. The chef clearly had no idea how to prepare real food. The manager and the waiter were apologetic and embarrassed and stressed the restaurant were having supply issues and that it was likely the vegan option for breakfast was to be similarly poor. Both staff were excellent. We had breakfast elsewhere. The next morning the receptionist at the hotel immediately authorised a refund for the meal deal. 

Not too Good

Really friendly atmosphere. Receptionists Kate, Holly and Aga were extremely helpful and made me feel very at home. Compared to the sometimes sterile experience at the large corporate chains this felt far more relaxed.
