Upon arrival to BH, Judith greeted us before we even reached the door. Paul took our cases, and we were given cake and coffee! Very welcome after a long journey. Judith booked us into a pub for tea time, which I was grateful for.

Paul showed us to our room, which was right at the top, with a lovely view of St Michael's Mount from the skylight, and the sea from the other window. My son had already picked which bed he wanted before we got there, so he got the small double!

Our nights were very comfortable, was lovely hearing the sea through the windows.

Breakfast was great, we could just pick and choose what we wanted at our leisure. The eggs were always made perfectly, and Paul and Judith couldn't have been more accommodating, refilling the orange juice often!

We were given plenty of recommendations and tips for getting the most out of our holiday, and printed off a form I needed for one activity. It was really easy to ask them for help with things like that.

As we left, my boy was given a pack of toffees, offered food for the journey, and Paul filled our water bottle and a bottle full of coffee for me.

Comfortable base for our holiday.

An excellent choice of B and B.  The owners Paul and Judith went out of their way to make us welcome and our experience was wholly enjoyable. We couldn’t have expected more from them. 

The rooms were clean, comfortable well provisioned and the B and B is extremely well managed.  The near 20 years of management their excellent customer service shone through.  

Breakfast was continental as described but also an option of eggs were provided I had poached (lovely), plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, smoked salmon cheese, breads croissants toast and much more were available - you won’t go hungry at breakfast.  

Paul and Judith thank you both for a lovely weekend. 

My advice if your staying elsewhere in a B and B in Marazion your going to wish you stayed at the Blue Horizon..

Customer Service at its Best

Absolutely great couple (Judith and Paul) running the B&B. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Continental Plus breakfast. A huge selection of goodies including, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, ham, toast and assortment of jams, various cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit assortment, fresh croissants, fresh bread, orange juice, coffee and tea. 

Lovely accommodation and good WiFi.

Paul and Judith stepped in when we had been badly let down by the Rosario B&B at the last minute. We were celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and the Blue Horizon made it a very enjoyable and memorable occasion. 

Huge thanks to Judith and Paul for demonstrating what true professionals in the field of customer care are capable of.

What a fab place to stay.... Brilliant location, somewhere to park, and a kitchen for guests to use as well as a spacious, clean and comfortable room. Although we had a lie in and didn't have breakfast, it looked lovely. Definitely will be back

Fabulous

We stayed here for easy access to the couple of towns nearby. the town is very small and you can locate the bed and breakfast outfit along Fore Street easily. 
The house we chose to stay is an absolute delight. It has a communal garden where you can see the stars above. The house is properly equipped with essentials and get cleaned daily. 
There is no sea view per se except for a wee bit above the neighbour's high wall. 
We were aware of the difficulty of driving to the parking area via Praeds Lane and opted for the smallest car the rental could provide but it was still stressful to drive in or out every day. There was only 1-2 inches clearance between the car and walls, mirrors retracted. 
Nearby, buses go to Penzance and from there you can get to Mousehole and St Ives by bus and train respectively. 
Did I mention about the fantastic breakfast? I had way too may eggs but Paul makes some yummy fried ones that I could not resist. 
If there is one issue with the house, it is the spotty hot water that comes on and off from the second night onwards. The shower was OK so it did not bother me. I am sure by now the intermittent problem would have been fixed. 
Highly recommended. If you are looking for good old fashioned hospitality and quaint place to stay, this will be it. 

Spacious boat house that comes with fantastic breakfast

My friend and I arrived in Marazion 5. of June with the biggest suitcases.....and no place to sleep. We asked around in the beautiful village and ended up at Blue Horizon B&B, and they had a room available, on the loft. Very nice room with seaview, and we could also see St Michaels Mount. While talking to Judith, Paul had carried our BIG suitcases up to our room. Thank You, Paul :-)
The B&B is very nice, the room is great, and it is also possible to use a tv-room and kitchen with dining area :-D 
We stayed for two nights and had a great time, we really recommend this B&B. Paul and Judith are such a warm and happy hosts. And Marazion is a wonderful place <3

Blue Horizon B&B Marazion :-)

The hosts, Paul and Judith Vincent, are the friendliest, most helpful people you could wish to meet.  We were greeted by coffee and cake upon arrival and then we were shown to our room; a most beautiful loft room with stunning views of St Michael's Mount.  Paul prepared the best eggs we've ever tasted to accompany a sumptuous continental style breakfast whilst Judith busied herself ensuring that we had everything we required in our room - even adding fresh flowers and a thermal jug for milk from the very handy kitchenette.  Paul's knowledge of the area was invaluable with tips on how to avoid the busy traffic, the best places to go according to the weather - places we would never have thought to visit but were so glad that we did.  We will definitely return - it ticks all the boxes; perfect hosts, value for money and a welcome as warm as the Cornish sunshine!

We can't wait to go back!

My mum and I stayed here for a couple of days as we were attending a family wedding and we were very happy with our booking. Proprietors so lovely and friendly, room tip top clean and the location is beautiful, overlooking St Michaels Mount and close to shops, pubs and restaurants. 

Lovely Cornish b&b!

Let's get back here. Paul is warm and very helpful. Judith is not only a fabulous cook, but also a very talented painter. There's just nothing missing in this fabulous B&B. The garden overlooking Mount Michael invites you to stay. But beware: the entrance to the parking lot is almost too narrow for a VW bus.

I 'd like to go back

We spent two nights at the blue horizon of marathon and it is recommended especially for the location. With a beautiful view of the island of St. Michael Mount it is ideal to visit Cornwall from the Land's End and Lizard Point part. St.Ives is a few kilometers away. The owners are very friendly and friendly, always ready to help us on excursions. Delicious English breakfast.
