Very friendly and helpful owner: after a short while, it seemed that we had known Franci for much longer than a few hours and we enjoyed discussing gardens, travels and pets.  Very stylish room in an annexe (the sort of room you see in a homes magazine), comfortable bed, good TV and WiFi, good shower, fresh milk provided in fridge, good breakfast (which we enjoyed in the pretty garden).  We also made friends with the dogs (two resident and one visiting Cockapoos). Although possibly slightly more expensive than some comparable places, this place is definitely worth investigating if you are in the area.

Friendly with good facilties

Sunshine House provided us with a self contained apartment with every amenity one could require. The room was tastefully furnished, immaculately clean and provided a comfortable bed, although a little low to get in and out of for us old folks. Although our hostess was absent we were more than looked after by a close friend of the family.

Perfect Stay for Visiting Bletchley Park

It's a very friendly family B & B with a lovely luxury apartment, good food, friendly pets, and very nice friendly people that are very accommodating thank you very much, we would definitely stay there again.

I booked here when sent to Milton Keynes for a course. I liked the idea of a B&B rather than a hotel and was not let down. I was welcomed like an old friend by Franci and her husband Mark. My room was in an annex to the house and there was tea and coffee facilities, a fridge and microwave.  So I was happy to cook my own dinners and not have to look like a lonely diner in local restaurants or pubs. The room was fresh and clean and the bed comfortable. The location meant it was quiet and peaceful and ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was served suited to you either in the room or in the dining room and was freshly cooked while I waited. I enjoyed it so much I am looking for an excuse to bring my husband for a short break. A true find. And if you have to stay in milton Keynes, choose here.

A home from home

This is not your usual B and B, it is so much better!
The attention to detail in the room, the facilities and the welcome provided by Franci is second to none.
The room has a large, firm and incredibly comfortable bed. A small but perfectly acceptable shower room with plenty of luxurious fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. A really useful addition is the fridge, crockery and cutlery, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
We had breakfast served in the room on both mornings of our visit. My highlights were seriously delicious scrambled eggs, preserves, coffee and juice but you could also have bacon or sausages or go for a continental option. 
There is a large park nearby which was perfect for a leisurely walk. We went to Ye Olde Swan on the other side of the park (about 20 minutes walk away across the park) for a lovely meal.
Overall we had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hidden Gem

What a gem! This B&B in a quiet part of MK is highly recommended. 

We stayed here for 4 nights visiting Silverstone for the British Grand Prix. We had the room over the annex which was more like a small apartment. It is very clean and lovely decorated and had a good big comfy bed. The shower is good too. Breakfast can be served in the room or in the dining room. Delicious cooked breakfast and nice fresh fruit and yogurt and serials. Also a daily towel change was standard. 

They do have dogs and a cat, but of the hypo allergic type, so no problems there even though my GF is allergic. 

But the best part are the hosts. Francie and Tom make you feel at home and do everything in their power to help. For instance when my GF was ill she gave her medicine and helped us save the day (race day at Silverstone!).
