Hotel and staff went above and beyond to make our stay as good as can be but the bar staff were rude and unhelpful, standing around chatting to each other while i waited 15 minutes to book a table, in the end i walked out and made a reservation online. throughout our meal they were unhelpful, not giving ketchup or asking would we like anything, no cutlery with the desserts , i had to go and find some. 
just generally rude, i will go to hotel again but will not use the bar or resturant for breakfast or any other meal. such rude staff, they need more training in customer service. 

hotel perfect bar staff diabolical

A handy hôtel for visiting Bletchley Park. Some great rooms overlooking the lake ( unlucky if you get the car park side!) 
Spacious room with ultra comfy bed. Handy to have the on site restaurant after a busy day - saves driving out to find somewhere else to eat. 
Overall a 5* experience at a very good price.

Great location

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade, with its flaky paint and tired looking rooms. The restaurant next door was even worse with worn and marked furniture and staff that clearly don't want to be there

Very poor

Nice pub next door but hotel a little tired. Easy to find premier inn with parking onsite (free). Pleasant staff members and food delivery available from the most popular high street restaurants. I had a five guys delivery which arrived in under 30 mins to the hotel

We stopped here as it was close to Bletchley Park and had a  nice pub next door for evening meal. We found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and warm enough in the evening although a little cool in the morning! The bed was comfy as in all Premier Inns. It was a good breakfast too. In a very nice setting looking onto the lake. We would recommend. Thank you.

Comfortable couple of days!

I spent several hours selecting the right hotel for our one night stay in Milton Keynes. We were seeing a band at The Stables (which is an excellent venue by the way). We didn’t need much… bed & breakfast, but didn’t want a hotel to spoil our perfect weekend. However with my wife’s mobility issues and my dietary needs it isn’t a straightforward choose the right number of stars and all will be fine… and boy am I pleased we chose The Premier Inn Milton Keynes South Hotel. The location was perfect, beautiful views over the lake, peaceful, easy to drive to (it was a Saturday). The short drive for our evening out, a meal at The Wavendon Arms (wonderful too) and watching and listening to the tremendous ‘Daphne’s Flight’ at The Stables, was short and simple. The staff were welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable and available when needed. The accessible room was perfect, although could have done with a low night light or a way of turning off the bathroom extractor fan. The star of the show was the breakfast. I am gluten intolerant so nervous of eating out. The dining room attendants were wonderful. I chose my breakfast from one of them who was understanding, attentive, supportive and friendly. My meal was freshly and separately made rather than being left for me to choose from the buffet. This is so rare and so welcome. I had confidence that there would be no gluten contamination. Often I have had to put up with a standard meal with bits taken away or taken the risk and had to accept the hotel’s disclaimer. This was rare care. I even got a separate set of cutlery provided with my meal. Well done Premier Inn you have set the gold standard.

Rare perfection

The whole family had the best time. Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast cooked to perfection, variety of choices to suit everyone in a relaxing environment. Many helpful and friendly faces. No doubt would go back.

Great experience!

The view and location are so beautiful and calming. And would highly recommend a walk around the lake after the amazing breakfast that is on offer. Such a large selection and something for everyone including my 2 very fussy under 5's who often turn their noses up at hotel breakfasts. The hot food was fresh and wasn't stacked high so you knew it would be hot before even picking it up. The selection of eggs meant everyone could have what they wanted. Was very impressed with the continental selection on offer with a number of cereals and breaded products as well as spreads and butters. To top it all off the staff would lovely, warm, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much and they made sure we were well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back next time I need a cozy place to stay and a fabulous breakfast

Breakfast was out of this world ... something for everyone

The food was so so yummy 😋.  The ladies at the kitchen were amazing. Sausages were juicy.  Fried eggs were perfectly made. Scramble eggs were perfect. Set up in the kitchen and the restaurant were so on point.  Amazing HM, DHM and the entire staff deserve a big award 👏 . Will recommend 👌 this restaurant breakfast room a million times. 


Tasty breakfast 😋

My family and I had a really lovely breakfast today. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we received a very warm welcome and they took the time to double check the allergy sheet for me. The food was cooked well, piping hot and a good variety too!
