Free wheelchair accessible parking available within the hotel grounds. Ease of access in and around all areas of the building, with a lift to the bedrooms. Staff, food and drinks were exemplary, with large portions at great prices! Attention to detail was evident from cleanliness to the bouncers caring natures. We attended an event also, which was amazing. No hassle and a great mix of age groups. 
Room 118, was a little tight for space but we managed fine. We were warned there was a bath beforehand, but we managed. The bathroom had a good turning circle, but may benefit from a bath seat. Apart from that, the bed was comfortable, room was warm and had everything we required. I will be back. Keep up the amazing work, which comes from team work. Keep smiling and be proud of the service 
you provide, as it appreciated . We felt welcomed and supported from every angle. Thank you 😊.

Electric wheelchair user review.

Probably the best pork chop I have eaten, it was tender, juicy and still slightly pink. Cooked to perfection! The accompanying spuds and white mushroom sauce made the whole dish a dish to remember.
Why are other chefs unable to produce pork of this quality?

"Simply the Best"

Stayed here a few times and its always been fine.
The bedroom was well decorated though bathroom could do with a refurb as abit dated. 
Ate in the bar and food was all good though next morning's breakfast was a mixed bag as the cooked breakfast was really good whilst the cereals, fruits etc buffet was uninspiring.
All the staff were super friendly and a credit to the town and hotel.

Busy town centre hotel.

Stayed a few miles away and booked dinner at the Bistro Bar. The hotel sent a courtesy bus to collect us and leave us back to our accommodation which was unexpected but a fantastic touch. On arrival we were promptly seated and served and the Rib Eye Steak I had was exquisite. Everyone in my party had a fantastic meal and the service from all the staff was second to none. I’d Highly recommend…. Thank you so much

Superb service and food

The wife and I popped into the Kilmorey Arms Hotel Kilkeel for lunch and they have a 2 course meal for only £15. The Bolognese was excellent as was the chocolate fudge cake. Nice atmosphere and décor with great friendly service. You cant go wrong with the food in here hey, always hits the spot.

Excellent lunch and ervice.

We stayed overnight, had a great wee family reunion and meal. Our room was lovely; well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. When you stay at a hotel, you generally opt for a cooked breakfast, as this is something you normally don't have at home.  Too often, the cooked breakfast involves a meander along a buffet, where pale pink fatty rashers of bacon repose beneath a heat lamp, the eggs are solidified amidst a sea of oil, and the sausages represent a severe case of anaemia. This is not how things are done at the Kilmorey Arms Hotel.  Our breakfasts were cooked from scratch to order and were delicious. Throughout our short stay, every member of staff we encountered was pleasant, helpful and friendly.  Overall, we cannot recommend the Kilmorey Arms Hotel highly enough.

A wonderful hotel...

We really enjoyed our time in the kilmorey arms from the start !Nice friendly staff ..lovely room and great breakfast!the hotel really made my husbands 60th birthday special.....in the bedroom left a card and chocs and on arrival were presented with drinks and traybakes. Nice comfy bed and nice clean room with a lovely bathroom.couldnt complain about anything!thanks to the great staff at the  kilmorey arms.....enjoyed it all immensely.keep up the good work!

Husbands 60th treat!

After great reviews was very disappointed with the service. Waited for an hour before being told that our order hadn’t even been processed!!Manager tho apologetic said he would see us right with our bill. We recieved a measly 10 % off our bill. Most definitely won’t go back there again.

Family meal.

We didn’t stay in the hotel as we were staying in a nearby caravan park but we ate in the hotel bar on 2 occasions in the same week.  Hotel spotlessly clean, staff fantastic, food delicious.  Great value and great for families.  Had a really great feel about the place and very relaxing.

Great food, great for families.

Lovely few days spent at Kilmorey Arms Hotel, our room was super clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful.  The menu has local seafood and is quite delicious,  vegetarian options are also tasty. Vicky, staff member, is really pleasant and goes that bit extra for customers. The hotel is central to Kilkeel and is used by locals as much as visitors .
