Staff ok but whole place needs a refurb or deep clean. The entrance is gloomy and unattractive. Stayed in Room 19 which has lots of scuff marks and needs redecoration. Breakfast was a big disappointment. No hot Buffett but a full English had to be ordered individually. Most of the items were not hot enough. Given the building was the home of George Eliot one would hope much more effort would be made to maintain it.
Location was good for me and I slept ok. Shower ok but no soap in shower dispenser. Worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in.

Shabby Premier Inn

Great size room with plenty of storage space, room was cold on arrival and heating would not work despite efforts by myself and Hotel Staff, not good on cold December days. 
Portable radiators were supplied by Reception but more care is needed on checking the room facilities to make sure they are working before guests arrive and heating should have been on before our arrival to give a warm  not frosty welcome.
All staff were very friendly and helpful but more care is needed with maintenance and this should have been checked and resolved when the room was prepared and if problem was unable to resolve, anothe room should have allocated on our arrival.

Warm welcome at Nuneaton Premier Inn Coventry

What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern, recently updated and fully stocked with essentials. Showe gel and hand soap provided, along with comprehensive refreshments, hairdryer, hanging space and extra pillows as standard. Extremely good value for money for the stay and to eat and drink on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy their job which is refreshing in the service industry. We were there for a family function but ate on site in their restaurant with the meal deal. Great value for money with huge choice and tasted great. The staff, cleanliness and great food made our stay so pleasant. Would highly recommend and definitely would be back!

Very clean, great staff and delicious food!

Stayed here 1 night to get easy access to NEC next day. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Got to room (17) to find heating not working, staff must have known about this because a mobile plug in heater had been provided, this heater only had 2 of its original 4 wheels, diagonally opposite each other making it very unstable and not the safest of things to use. The walls at the side of the bed had dirty marks on them. The lamp that was fixed to the table by its base was wobbling around, again not safe to use, There was signs of damp in the corner of the room (external corner), the light over the bathroom sink was flickering, the side panel on the bath and the skirting behind the toilet were not fitted correctly .

it's an old style hotel but great service, restaurant very nice style and good food, rooms could be in better condition but generally clean, special thanks to Monika for cookies were waiting for me in room .I'll come back here at the reception, very nice lady.  Thank you

Busines

The location itself is pretty good, near to a railway station and a mixture of food and beverage providers. This hotel is linked with a very nice Beefeater. I have disabilities and so book a accessible room. Having stayed at this hotel previously a few years ago I was a little disappointed that the skirting boards were filthy and there was dirt on the wall near the wardrobe. Sticks out like a sore thumb on a white wall. The grab rail next to the toilet wouldn't rotate. I also had a constant battle to get the room warm to a comfortable level. The thermostat was useless. I had to get on the floor to set the electric heater manually but after midnight it would stop running and so I ended up waking up in a lot of pain.

Friendly staff and the room was clean.   Breakfast was great too!  I have stayed in other Premier Inn before and this was one of the best.   It doesn't have elevator but I felt that it's okay.   Plenty of parking outside the hotel too.   It was a great stay. 

Enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Nuneaton

The hotel is well placed for business needs. The rooms are good enough, some of them are a bit tired, but that's not the staffs fault. The Beefeater next door is okay for dinner and breakfast is always good. Staff are very good, Rachel in particular was really helpful! Thanks
