This bef and breakfast is filthy. You can smell cannabis in the whole place. The woman who is supposed to manage it is rude and has a don't care attitude.  You can't enter unless you ring a mobile number. The place needs to be closed as it seems to have a lot of druggies staying there.

Absolutely disgusted

Stay away! We stayed on the 2nd floor. My 2 year old son fell through the banister which had no spridles. Luckily he got wedged between the banister and wall upside down. If he had fallen further up he would have probably not walked away from this. My son has a swollen face and black eye. Spoke to Steve he apologised and said he would sort this out. Thought he'd come and see us this morning but  No phone call or even a text.

Stay away

Great central location 1.4 miles from the stunning Pembrokeshire Castle, I’m here for work so it has free parking, comfy double bed, tv 📺, priceless fridge (I could cool my drinks 🍺 ), microwave, kettle, closet, private bathroom next to room with great water pressure shower 🚿, WiFi was working and at 9 pm fell down (hence 4 out of 5 review), very friendly staff and great price! 😀👍

Business trip in Pembroke Docks 😀

I booked this property for a member of my staff, at the time he was working 12 hour shifts nearby. They state the last check in is at 20:00, he arrived at 19:49 to a closed property and a wall of silence when trying to contact then number provided. After over an hour on the phone with Booking.com customer service they informed me that contact had been made with the owner and they were unwilling to let him access the property.

Disgusting service!

A group of five of us stayed here for 4 nights in two of the family rooms in the 'annexe'. The manager Linda had been very polite and extremely helpful about our booking, and even though she wasn't there when we checked in on Sunday she made sure she saw us later to make sure we were happy.

We had ensuite facilities for both rooms, which were basic and a bit tired, but  were clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The decor was old and faded, but as I say you don't expect a five star hotel for the really cheap price we paid. So the carpets need replacing - so what. 

We weren't expecting breakfast as it was quite clear when we were booking that breakfast wasn't available. But there are some lovely cafes (and a Greggs) just five or so minutes walk away that start serving at 7am. And there are three supermarkets within a similar walking distance, so with a microwave and kettle in each of the rooms its not hard to do it yourself. 

Can also thoroughly recommend the pub opposite - its only serving Sunday lunch at the moment, but the landlord suggested that we get takeaways delivered there, which we did on a couple of nights. 

All in all a decent enough stay - great value for money, right in the location we needed.

Cheap clean room - remember you gets what you pay for

As someone who has worked in hospitality for 12+ years, now coming home, I'm laughing at my experience at the B&B. How you can be classed as a B&B without serving breakfast baffles me. A fridge with wooden shelves, massively stained carpets, smells of damp and no soap in the room! In the middle of covid too?? I doubt the management care anyway as they are too busy dealing with drunk/drugged up people who are maybe staying or family from what I can gather and "need to get a grip because they have f***ing guests" as heard from the management when we had to call to tell them about said person lying on the middle of road by my car rolling around. Which sacred my son who is 4. This was not booked by myself but a family member and after checking in i checked reviews and i can tell the owners have never cared and confirmed it that the lady shouting in the street with foul language is the manager. What has happened to customer service (written by someone with qualifications in the sector) how they havent been closed down is shocking

Not a B&B

This is not a B&B they do not have breakfast, the guest house is old and tired, the room was clean and comfortable but on our second night the window leaked ( we were up in the roof) and my daughters bed was soaked at about 3 am. No one was accessible on either day of our stay to contact phones went straight to message, had to buy a pint of milk for coffee.

Old and tired

Not sure where to start. I’ve stayed in really bad places over the years, but this place took the biscuit. 1) We didnt get the ensuite rooms we’d booked, but rather rooms with a shared bathroom. They knocked a tenner off for this... 2) Showed to our rooms. Mega basic, rough around the edges. Had to phone them as no toilet paper... Basics guys!! 3) Decided against our better judgememt to stay the night and got woken up at midnight by the fire alarm... Got up and tried to switch on the light. Light didnt work. It was the longedt day so I had no need to use the light until then... so I had to get dressed in the dark... Great! 4) Tried to phone the owner/manager to ask for assistance in switching the alarm off. After numerous attempts the fire brigade were called. Fair play they came and disabled the alarm. No response to acknowledge our pbonecalls, but assumed we could make our point during checkout... WRONG! 5) Noone available to check out at 8am... 6) Tried to make a complaint to the owner, but had no response, but she took payment really gladly. She should be ashamed really... There’s such blatant disregard for not only guest comfort, but guest safety, this place should not be open... What if there had been a fire that night??

The most shocking experience!!

Had a two night stay here , best I have to say about this place is basic . Bed, shower toilet..... Run by a very rude woman ! 
No breakfast , kitchen being refurbished but Tescos up the road came to the rescue.
Nice pub opposite .

Basic!

The room was basic and not at all as advertised- white walls and white sheets and duvet cover. Wall had a hole in it where someone had punched their fist through.One bed was to hard to sleep on- we brought in a blow up bed. The shower was not cleaned with dirty water stains on the glass- a mans hand print on the wall. The walls were fibre board and we could even hear next doors phone pinging when they had a message! The hall had no curtain nor curtain rail- wallpaper missing in places. A proper total dump I'm afraid. Been in many many hotels- this was by far the extreme worst.Two main lights one didn't work, underfloor heating, because I think the pipes went that way- so no way to turn off the heat. Constant traffic noise all night.Tiny flat screen telly on basic chanells only. Wi Fi from a box in hallway
