We had a great stay at Cassandra Guest House. Good location, fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, full English cooked, orange juice, coffee, tea. Room was simple but comfortable. Fantastic hosts who helped out with parking stickers during our stay.

Simple and comfortable, great breakfast, good location

From arrival to departure, was a pleasure t o be there. The whole place, from communal area to bedrooms was decorated to a very high standard. Everywhere was spotless and the whole building smelled clean and fresh. 
My friend and I were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The room was well equipped and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and the 'Full English' was cooked to perfection!!
I have already recommended to friends and if ever I need to stay in Plymouth again, I will be sure to return to Cassandra Guest House.

I'll be back!!

It's super centrally located on the beach and in the city centre, a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's about a 20-minute walk. It's a small room, a very narrow double bed. But all you need is a kettle for tea and instant coffee, cups and sugar, milk. Breakfast is gluten-free or vegetarian if you like.

Okay, but the double bed is too narrow.

Absolutely fantastic hosts, the room was super clean. The bed was unbelievable. I only booked it last minute as I normally stay in the big chain hotels. I honestly couldn't find a fault with the room or breakfast.
Arrived as a guest, left Plymouth as friends.  
Thank you both for having me, I will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing hosts 

Returned visit, made to feel very welcomed, lovely owners. Great location, 10 minute walk to the Hoe. Room finished to very high standard, comfy bed and great duvet for a good night sleep. All ensuite, ours again high standard of finish and detail.
Lovely cooked breakfast, owners again polite and welcoming at breakfast.
Overall a great place, clean well presented. Well priced for the area and standard. Will be returning again.

Lovely guest house

Very nice and available managers, good breakfast and a very nice and clean room, just a little bit small, like a really tiny bathroom!

A group of four friends stayed one night for a theatre trip. We were given a friendly welcome and efficient check in. Both rooms were clean, comfortable,  modern looking with great en-suite facilities. 
Cassandra Guest house is positioned within easy reach of the theatre, Barbican and the Hoe. 
Breakfast was all you could wish for, full English as well as toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt. served in a friendly, efficient manner.
I would certainly stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

What a find!

Cassandra Guest House was a great value-for-money stay in centre of Plymouth. I was visiting for a mid-week for work, and really enjoyed my stay.

Location was good, close to the main bus stop at the Royal Parade, close to the seaside and the Plymouth Hoe, and close to the Barbican for nice restaurants. I went for a swim in the sea two afternoons in a row after I was done at the office. I can also recommend the Tinside Lido for swimming. 

The room was very small, but nicely done up and very clean and comfortable. I had access to balcony doors from my room which was great on the hot summer's nights as I was able to leave it open and bring in the fresh air.

Breakfast was good. They offered me a full English each time, but also had a decent range of cereals, toast, and fruit. They catered well to guests with vegan or gluten-free dietary requirements as well.

The service was professional and friendly. I arrived quite late on my first night, despite which the hostess cheerfully talked me through the practical details and showed me the main things I needed to know on a map (busses, restaurants, beach), making sure to take her time.

Heads up: there are a lot of (noisy) seagulls in Plymouth, so if you want to have a solid night's sleep it might be a good idea to invest in earplugs!

Want a wonderful b and b very clean Lovley owners breakfast was lovely loads to choose from close to the hoe and easy to get to the theater and shops will book again when in Plymouth and will recommend you

Hidden gem

I stayed here at short notice and was very happy with my decision! Modern decor and facilities, great food, and very friendly service. I even called to re-book about a week later but they were full. Kris went above and beyond by forwarding me details of other local B&B's (their competitors) which was very kind! 

Will definitely be seeing them again soon, and they will always be my first point of contact when staying in Plymouth in the future
