A no problem stay 3 nights between Christmas and New year good location large sainsbury's next door large tesco .train station and town centre easy 10 min flat walk away .car park £6 night OK for location and plenty of spaces . Breakfast prem Inn standard but all staff polite .

Good stay between Christmas and New year

Arrived late from Heathrow , front staff very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Went to breakfast in the morning and was happy with the choice of food and drink . It was very busy but they managed the service well . Overall a great price . Very happy .

Great vlaue for money

End rooms are always the best as there are no disturbances from people walking by. Room was lovely with good size TV, super comfy bed with a super warm duvet. Enjoyed my bath and shower, hot water on tap, literally. 

Relaxed

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly, but the rooms have sealed windows and are uncomfortably hot.

Not recommended if you don't like a baking hot room which you can't control.  

I have no idea why so many hotels do this, at least warn guests so they can avoid. 

Clean, but rooms far too hot

In the 4 or 5 years that I have been staying at this Premier Inn, I have always had a fantastic experience, hence, why I keep going back. The staff have always been friendly and the hotel has always been in good shape especially with a recent refurb to the restaurant a couple of years ago. However, on my most recent trip I was very disappointed. We arrived at check-in and were not greeted in a welcoming manner, although, we were offered complimentary parking as a result of my repeated custom over the years. We were not reminded of restaurant opening times which we later required. We then seen to our room which appeared to be a more accessible room with wider doors and flashing alarms but did not meet my expectations of a cosy, comfortable and pleasant Premier Inn room that I am used to. This added to the growing disappointment on this trip. We decided not to go out for dinner and instead opted for the in-house restaurant. We went down at 5:30pm to find that the restaurant was closed and had to enquire at reception to find out that in fact it did not open until 6pm. When the restaurant did open, the service felt very impersonal, however, this was made up for by the food which exceeded my expectations and was also a reasonable price. Back in our room, the TV kept turning off and on again which was irritating when trying to watch a film. Overall, a disappointing experience from a usually exceptional hotel and I just hope that this is not the new normal for this Premier Inn or I will be looking for another place to stay during my trips up to Legoland. 

Usually a great experience but disappointed recently

Spur of the moment stay, very handy for Legoland. With premier inn, you know what to expect and what you get, very nice clean and tidy room (got new purple tiles in bathroom !) could adjust air con which is useful as some can be very noisy even on low. Plenty of parking. Only negative was the restaurant temperature felt a bit too cold, Wpuld stay here again,

Lovely place

Lovely hotel, staff friendly particularly Roshni who served us both at dinner and breakfast. She was great with our child and very welcoming to us as a family in general. 

Hotel close by for Windsor castle which was the purpose of our stay and staff were helpful when we asked the best and cheapest way to get there. 

Would stay again in the future if  we ever have anything planned in Windsor. 

Ideal!

Lack of investment, noisy and £6 to park. Avoid. This used to be a great place to stay but now it has become run down. They no longer offer a guaranteed sleep because they can't. The rooms are tired. Air conditioning broken. Wall lights hanging off the wall.

Lack of investment and care

Good location, reasonable price, good breakfast, but oh my, what a scabby room.

Soiled towels on arrival, damages to almost every wall, flaking bathroom ceiling, chunks of the desk missing and razor sharp damage to the window frame. That and a carpet much akin to a nightclub floor made for a very relaxing stay.

At least the bedding was clean, and mattresses good.
