Basic hotel over Chinese. Rooms basic but clean.  No toilet in room. Breakfast not included for £66.  Paid £7.50 each and nothing special. Cheap sausage.  Man was friendly, Chinese lady quite abrupt no please or thank you. Would not stay again

Central for spilsby/Skegness but very basic

Ok for a night and for what we paid it's a bargain,  just the one night stop over as we was racing at Cadwell and it's ok yes it's a bit battered around the edges but our rooms where all clean and tidy , plenty of brewing tackle a hot shower and a clean toilet and a comfy bed that's all you need , would I stop again .. why not 

Good stop over ... 

Rude staff on check in we arrived and the Chinese lady shouted " CHECKING IN?"  We replied yes and she said folow me. Asked what we wanted for breakfast and asked if could choose if  we want it tomorrow and she shouted very abruptly TELL ME NOW! We said no she then replied  " your loss" bearing in mind it 4.50 for some cereal. 7.50 for a cooked breakfast. The corridors were dingy but the room was ok but had no toilet. 

Unfriendly welcome 

After a disastrous last minute let down by another hotel (that we pre-booked) trying to rip us off we were left without accommodation. We managed to find the Beijing Dragon by accident and they went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble and we will be forever grateful to them for helping us at our time of need. We we soaked to the skin with 2 children with us and would of had to drive over 2 hours to go home without this hotels kind assistance. The actual hotel has a unique style and is lovely and clean (especially the bedding...it was super clean) it is quirky and the staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The free breakfast was lovely and unlimited teas and coffees and fruit juices. I honestly think with the added bonus of the Chinese restaurant as well it is a little gem of a place. Super reasonable rates, parking, great food and a quirky setting, we will return definitely. Thank you so very much for looking after us so well xxx

Brilliant!

Was unclean and damp in room and flaking paint .extension leads running across floor and complained staff was rude then they locked us out had to call police but after banging on door consistently it mysteriously got unlocked

Amazing brilliant stay Cant wait to come again

Stayed here for just the one night for a family party near by. A great welcome and shown to our rooms very quickly. We were in the family room the 3rd floor which seemed odd as 3 flights of stairs with little ones wasnt easy. 
Room was clean and tidy and spacious. A few floor board need screwing down as were a bit loose and made walking around very noisy. 
Bathroom had a shower, sink and toilet and was all clean. Although the shower didnt drain  quick enough for the amount of water coming out so had to have a quick one before it overflowed. 
Breakfast was included and was very tasty.
The hotel in a whole just needs a facelift but other than a few little bits it was a pleasant stay. 

Face lift required

The owners are friendly the rooms are basic but have hot water and heating (electric heater) and are clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Parking is available and free and the breakfast is good - extra tea and toast was provided upon request. 

Good economical stopover 

This place was booked for an over night stay.It is above a Chinese restaraunt.  I was allocated a single room which had a double bed. The only downside to this is opening the bathroom door is tricky as the bed is in the way and you cannot open the door fully! There were no toilets in any of the 3 rooms we booked, a communal one is at the end of the hall. The bathroom had a shower and basin with complimentry soap, shower gel and shampoo, towels were also provided. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. There was a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. 
We were treated well by the chap who greeted us and shown to our rooms, this did involve lot's of steps but not a problem for us. 
The English breakfast was good and cooked well, also provided with tea/coffee, orange juice and toast. There was no sense of rush. 
Parking is available with a little outside seating area. 
All in all this place gave value for money, at £35 per night including breakfast it felt reasonably comfortable and clean. You will not experience oppulance just basic, however, at that price this is to be expected. There were 5 of us altogether and we all felt this place did what it said on the tin!
We did not eat in the restaraunt downstairs so cannot comment on that.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Enjoyed a nice evening meal and breakfast. We stayed in a disabled friendly room and slept well in a comfortable bed in a clean bedroom on a very warm night.Plenty of parking for vehicles.
