average premier inn. room was ok, ,but i do feel the bathroom needs some attention as it was looking a bit tired paint peeling of woodwork etc. check in staff very pleasant and efficient, we paid for the meal deal dinner was ok but service rather slow, Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice and the staff at breakfast were very efficient and polite.

When I first walked in my room it was smelly, as though someone had recently used the bathroom. I went out and returned a couple of hours later to find it still smelled but it had faded. Subsequent entrances I thankfully didn't smell anything.
There were a few minor gripes but overall the room was functional (as you'd expect at a Premier Inn) and the bed was comfortable.
The worst aspect of the stay was the fire alarm (false alarm) at 4.20am resulting in all the guests assembling in the car park for half an hour in the freezing cold.
The cooked breakfast was ok. It wasn't a buffet as I would've expected. I had to order items individually and my plate was brought to my table. 
The breakfast is advertised as 'unlimited' but I was put off having more food as I would've had to order again and wait for it to be prepared and brought out. Whereas with a buffet I would've simply helped myself to more. This was disappointing.

Smelly Room & Fire Alarm

My husband and stayed here over the Christmas period 
The hotel and staff was brilliant. 
Ricky kept our room spotless,  Raj was always friendly and helpful. 
A huge thankyou to Diana who looked after me in the mornings (5pm) she was so friendly made me feel so welcome 
We shall definitely be returning

Brilliant

We frequently stay at this fantastic hotel. It's location is perfect for what we need. Great onsite pub for food,  and, loads of other food outlets within easy walking distance. 
The rooms are always really clean and very comfy and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job.
The staff at this particular Premier Inn are outstanding, in particular the Reception Team, Rachel, Jack, Di & Sarah are all absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond to really make you feel like a highly valued customer 😀.
Always look forward to our regular visits there and look forward to being there again very soon. Thank you for making our stays so enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel & staff

Wonderful friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable with tv, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities. Adequate parking. Additional tea tray supplies available in lobby. Ricky did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless. No air conditions but there is an electric heater and fan available in the room. The windows can partially open for fresh air. The rooms are soundproofed so you don’t hear the neighbours tv, thankfully. Although set in a business park, it was a very peaceful stay. 

The Cookhouse Pub, which is attached, provides a fantastic breakfast. 

For a budget hotel it really can’t be beaten. Well done to all the staff for making it such a nice stay for our couple of days away.

Excellent stay

This motel was spotless. it is situated in a convenient position for travel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. My problem was a bad night due to someone walking around the upstairs room all night.

Very clean and convenient

Needed a value for money 1 night hotel, this ticked all the boxes and more.Easy to find ,big free car park,attached restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Great welcome from friendly helpful staff.Lovely room as expected with Premier Inn.Would deffo use this hotel again.

Perfect Fit for trip

Receptionist made it stress free stay sorted out small problem and it was our fault for not saying we wanted a downstairs room, but was offered a change of room for the next day. When I booked didn’t realise that there was no lift. My fault not the hotel.

Receptionists were so friendly and helpful

Always always so a friendly welcome and will always go the extra mile !  Each of the Team are excellent, happily getting extra pillows & towels ... always happy to chat ... a superb Team at the hotel and the restaurant ... just perfect !

WHAT a Team at St Neots Colmworth

Staff are friendly,polite and always greet you warmly and kindly. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. If you are planning something special ie. Proposing do consider it,the staff will make a great effort to make the occasion better.
