From the moment we arrived, which was early, we were made to feel very welcome. The space was very clean and felt more like a high standard hotel suite with a kitchen attached than a B&B. Jayne was full of good recommendations of places to visit, where to eat and shop. Fantastically catering for my gluten and dairy intolerances the many courses of breakfast, meant lunch was much later in the day than normal! Thoroughly recommend.

Quiet & Relaxing

I think my 640 global contributions !! to trip advisor allows me to say that this B&B is up there with the best in our extensive travels over 20 years
Before we get to the apartment/B&B let us mention the beautiful village of Armscote located at the apices of a number of counties but yet still in cotswolds as village architecture dictates
Secondly the professionalism attentiveness engagement and situation awareness of Jayne - no matter how incredible a B&B is this is a crucial factor and she comes up trumps

So it was an amazing stay in beautifully designed apartment/B&B with discrete decor and furnishings.- expansive in that it covers 1000 square feet but it still has an intimacy and energy - it is private yet one side of the apartment is all windows which lets in a lot of light
The breakfast was exceptional  with range of cereals fresh fruit and yoghurts in addition to varied cooked breakfast.If you did not want breakfast the facility for self catering was there
Beyond expectations - to be seen to be believed


Exceptional World Class

Totally worth the excellent TripAdvisor rating, couldn’t fault this cottage in any way. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was just gorgeous, very comfortable and so clean! Jayne is a wonderful host and very kind. It has certainly made our stay in the Cotswolds even more pleasant! Will certainly recommend to others and hope to return one day! Thank you Jayne!

Truly amazing 

This really is a most remarkable apartment.  The photos hardly do justice to how spacious and spotless it is, and Jayne's interior design skills are a joy to behold. There is everything here one could possibly want from a completely private self-contained apartment, and Jayne is  a remarkably friendly and helpful host.
 
Although the kitchenette is very well equipped for preparing simple meals, I would strongly recommend Jayne's exceptionally good two course breakfasts.

We had a most enjoyable and relaxing time in this beautiful apartment and were sad when it was time to go home.  We will certainly return at the first oportunity. Thank you Jayne for  providing the perfect holiday retreat.

The perfect holiday retreat

A superb find. The best accommodation we have stayed in and the breakfast is something not to be missed. Jayne the owner is a lovely person and is very helpful.  The location is great for Stratford-upon-Avon or a trip around Cotswolds towns and villages. We will be returning in the future. 

Amazing Weekend Break

We stayed for one night in this beautiful cottage, and I have to say, it was one of the best places we have stayed at. Jayne the host was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us to the cottage.we were very impressed with the superb cleanliness and neatness of everything, it was spotless. There has been so much thought put into all of the lovely details in the cottage. I loved the plants in the room and there was even a book on the coffee table by my favourite actress "Julie Walters". The shower was very good too and the breakfast was delicious and served to us in our room by Jayne. We had a lovely evening meal just up the road in the Fuzzy Duck pub. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage as a great place to stay at. Thankyou for making our stay lovely.

I cannot add to the reviews on here other than to say I completely agree. Jayne is a fantastic hostess. Everything is ‘just so’ perfect. Accommodation is so well presented with all you need for a wonderful stay in Warwickshire. Thank you for a great stay.

What a find..

There are just not enough superlatives to describe this amazing place. Everything was just lovely!
Accommodation was beautifully clean, very comfortable and so tastefully presented. Jayne’s care, attention to detail and her breakfasts clearly demonstrates her passion to make each stay the best it can be. We will definitely return.

Outstanding

Absolutely first class four day stay at this wonderful establishment where nothing is too much for mine host Jane . The Cottage is beautifully clean with exceptional furnishings and contains everything you could wish for a perfect stay . The breakfast is out of this world and Jayne serves you with everything you could wish for in a start of the day meal . Very handy for visitors to the Cotswolds, private but within easy reach of Cotswolds attractions . Thanks for the experience Jayne it was wonderful , we’ll be back .

Nearby restaurant the Fuzzy Duck was also pretty good and only a very short walk
