Excellent location on the Seafront. Lovely views across the Bay. So nice to wake to the sound of the waves. Our room was very comfortable, spacious bathroom and spotlessly clean. Great choice for breakfast. Our friend has downsized so we are always looking for places to stay now when we visit and we have found our go to place to stay in Mumbles. Thanks for your hospitality.

Our new go to b&b

I stayed here for a wedding and everything was great. My room was welcoming, clean and gorgeously decorated - with an amazing view. I was flying solo and was able to snuggle up, relax and pamper myself. I had a clear view of the sunset and the hotel location is perfect for exploring the area. The next morning breakfast was delicious and the owners were so friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

If it was still going, they would win Four in a Bed, no question.

Coast House was a lovely place to stay. Lovely piping hot breakfast after your cereals and tea and coffie eg replenished every day along with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Situated a short walk from ther peer and Verdis Italian restaurant.Host are happy to share information on places to visit. Would definatley stay again.Perfectly

This guest house is self check in & they text me the morning I arrived to tell me the key safe code & instructions which worked well. The bus stop outside the property (along the seafront) connects to go to & from Swansea bus station which was great for me as it was easy to reach. Breakfast is to be chosen from the list provided and given in by evening time so it's good to know its cooked to order and I was pleased to get a good vegetarian breakfast.  My single room had a good tea tray and was comfortable and had a good shower. Property is nicely decorated throughout. The room isn't cleaned daily but they leave a bag on your door to restock toiletries & tea tray. I would recommend staying here

nice stay

Fantastic B&B in the heart of Mumbles with parking either by the building, or opposite in the pay & display carpark *£6 per day, parking ticket can be used in other carparks too.
Breakfast was a choice of full english, scrambled eggs & salmon on an english muffin, a vegetarian option of weetabix, fruit, nuts & honey - selected the night before. All very tasty and well presented.

The room itself was very light and airy, with a fantastic seaview and ensuite shower & loo. Extremely clean and toiletries & towels provided.

Hassle free checkin/ checkout with great management.
All in all a perfect escape and superb location and goid value for money.
We will definitely be back.

Superb B&B in the heart of Mumbles

We stayed here for a special occasion, and couldn't have been  happier Incredible location and value for money .Contact free check in, but super efficient, 2 hours earlier than expected and great contact from Andrew and Lindsey.Met them at breakfast each morning, helpful and lovely.Breakfast was beautiful , and set you up for the day.Parking wasn't an issue, and we used the day parking at Caswell abd Langland Bay, as nearest sunbathing beaches. Room was big enough, comfy bed, and spotless. Would highly recommend, abd can't wait to return .Also recommend Copperfish for cocktails on the pier, and Verdis..both very close by.Love love Mumbles ❤

Jewel in the Crown of Mumbles

Relevant information was sent in advance via email and text which made the check-in process easy and fast.
Our room had a separate shower and toilet outside the room, accessed via our own key, which we had known when we booked. The shower was hot, though the bathroom itself felt cramped, with it also opening out onto the neighbouring room. At night, it was noticeable how bright the hallway light was (motion activated), which was an abrupt wake up call. We also noticed how creaky the floor boards were, which led us to being concerned we were disturbing other residents. 
The room itself had a stunning view of the promenade, where it was easy to people watch and see all the water sports people were engaged in. 
The room felt like it needed updating with obvious signs of wear and tear. The bedside light could not be reached unless sat in an upright position, and even with the window closed, noise from outside was clearly heard. On inspection, there was a noticeable gap which was clearly the reason for this. The curtains also were not close to the window, which meant a significant amount of light was let in early in the morning, which therefore resulted in a shortened nights' sleep.  
There was a sink in the room which was really useful, however, the large immovable tap made it quite difficult to comfortably use it. 
The owners were friendly and accommodating when we requested some plates for a takeaway we had intended to order. 
Parking is simple yet complicated! There is a council car park opposite that costs £6 for all day parking (8am-9pm), free overnight. Cars come and go from here frequently, so finding a space isn't too difficult. On street parking outside is either permit holders or limited to one hour. Besides the B&B is a pub that has around 12 spaces that are free to park in, though these become available less frequently! My partner and I resorted to hovering by the free spaces when we returned, and were fortunate to get these on 2 of the 3 days we stayed. The cost of parking in the Gower certainly added up during our stay, as not all car parks are council run, and although the council tickets ones are transferable, it only applied to a handful of car parks in close proximity to one another.

General Updating Needed, Parking Complicated

Located opposite Swansea bay seafront with great views, a great base for exploring the Gower!
Very clean, comfortable beds, good en-suite shower and well equipped rooms. Artistic photo prints, quality wooden fixtures with great storage.
Andrew & Lindsey are  very hospitable, very attentive to any requests.
My parents and I thank you. We’ll be back!

Super situation & smart accommodation

Lovely decorated B&B with a perfect location. It is accessible to everything along the front and has lovely views of the sea which is nice.
It was a easy self check in system which enabled you to check in whenever you pleased. 
The room had a really comfy bed and comes with a smart TV which was handy for in the night. Really good price for 2 nights as it was in a desirable location.

The reason we have given it 3 stars is our room was directly next to the pub and so it was very noisy until around 11pm. The window is in direct view of the pub and there was very little privacy. We had a lovely view of the sea but we found ourselves closing the blinds majority of the time as people visiting the pub would often look into our window as the car park was right next to it. 
Additionally the shower was really small, there wasn’t much room at all and we found it very hard to manoeuvre within it.

It was a lovely stay, great location and the hosts were really helpful and amazing! I think our stay would’ve received higher stars if we were placed in a different room within the B&B.

Seafront stay

A lovely small BB right on the sea front in Mumbles.  Great hosts Andrew and Lindsay.  Rooms spotless and modern with great attention to detail.
Breakfast tasty set in a lovely sunny room overlooking the sea.  Will definitely be back when we visit Mumbles again. A great 3 day visit with a long awaited catch up after COVID for us 3 Sister's.
