The staff here are fantastic but the hotel is very tired, mould in bathroom and stained lyno and the furniture is very scuffed .We had a blocked toilet that was full off **** and the hotel stunk of weed as some one must have been smoking in in there room 

Great staff but a very tired hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights, for a wedding in Cirencester, the room was really clean and bed very comfy, however in need or a refurb the bathroom was very old and tired and not great. 
The cleaning staff  do a great job as was really clean despite the age and state of the facilities. 

Marie on reception, what a lady, helped our friends get a room a bit early to get ready for the wedding as travelled same day and rescued me with a safety pin for my dress. 

The pub next door nice food and breakfast, 

This Premiere in needs a refresh big time , however the amazing staff and pub next door make up it somewhat,

Enjoyed the stay, staff excellent were very friendly and helpful likewise in the pub next door who offered good food and drinks. Breakfast was very good each morning, 
Small issue with room but still recommend and would go back.

This Premier Inn is very welcoming, central and a fab place to rest your head - the staff are great and a credit to the chain 
Glad it’s only two stories as there’s no lift

This premier is very easy to get too. There is ample parking and the rooms were clean and tidy. But what set this hotel apart from others were the staff. We have been twice now and each time the staff were amazing. Friendly chatty and happy to help. The last time we were given a pack of biscuits and hot cholcate and when we got to our room we had a lovely little note and more biscuits. We stay in alot of premier and this has by far been the best. We will be returning!

Fantastic!

Hotel has no air conditioning and struggles to cool down at night. Windows do not open fully. If you need a cool sleeping environment, consider going somewhere else.
Bathroom fan makes constant humming noise. OK when shut bathroom door but not ideal when relaxing in bath.

Hot and Noisy

It was in the right place at the right price, no frills, it was a bed for the night. It did what we wanted. It was very quiet. We always have an issue with duvets which are far too hot. Bathrooms are now always cold and damp as there are no heated towels rails. Getting in and out of the bath to use the shower is difficult for the elderly, a grab rail on the wall would be useful for all generations.

Had a great stay overnight and breakfast . Used before and never any faults Friendly staff good food and room clean and warm which you can control . Comfortable bed ,helpful staff and  lovely breakfast which is of good quality and good value 

Happy stay

I went to my room and noticed the plug socket was not near the bed and as I need to use a machine at night I had to go and borrow a lead from the reception and they were happy to lend me it and they were happy to.lend me it 

Plug socket is a let down

i stayed here on business for one night, the room was not very clean, there was cobwebs in the room which indicated not cleaned often or very poorly cleaned, the usb connection to charge up my phone was not working, no option to change rooms,
