This is our first stay at Red Fox Barn but will definitely not be our last! We cannot fault the place from the most amazing hosts, who made you feel like Family, to the fabulous breakfast bought to your room each morning. The cottage itself is so clean and quaint and is in such a safe and beautiful location which is only a short 20 minute walk to the town through the lovely countryside. Thank you Sue and Steve for all your help and a wonderful stay and to your son Michael who runs such a lovely little shop in the town. Cannot fault this place.

The loveliest stay for a short getaway!

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights for my 30th Birthday. Upon arrival our host Sue was so welcoming and helpful with tips to the best local restaurants, bars and beaches. She had even decorated our room with banners and balloons with a birthday bottle of prosecco. 
The room is absolutely beautiful, so homely and cosy. We didn't want to leave. It's so peaceful and a perfect location as your away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay. But it's only 15 mins drive if you did want a night out.
The breakfast was perfect and was lovely to be able to have breakfast brought to your room and sit and eat whilst in the room.
Honestly couldn't recommend this place enough for a romantic get away. We will 100% be coming back!

Honestly the most beautiful little getaway

This was our second visit to this lovely bed & breakfast that lies within a short drive to Perranporth beach. It's a great location (with beautiful views across the fields) and very nice to get away from the crowds in Perranporth.
We walked into Perranporth as well as Bolingey (to the closest pub) a few times with is perfectly doable and nice to not get stuck in traffic in having to find a parking space.
Sue & Steve went out of their way to make our stay extra special! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Once again an absolutely flawless and enjoyable stay @ Red Fox Barn

We had a fantastic couple of days staying at Red Fox Barn.

This is in fact our 2nd stay - last being in 2019.

The rooms are stunning with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast is served in your room, so feels very luxurious. 

We picked it due to the fabulous location. They are about 2 miles out of Perranporth surrounded by lovely fields, so offers best of both - somewhere peaceful to sleep but easy to access the beach.

Would highly recommend.

Wonderful break

Wow, wow, wow! You must stay here....even before we arrived Sue was in contact with us and extremely friendly and welcoming.
On arrival we were shown to the red room, a large beamed room with a massive bed and a table beside a window out looking to the fields. The bathroom has a massive roll top bath and a power shower , both were excellent and there was bubble bath and other toiletries in the room.
Nothing was too much trouble for Sue....
Breakfast was served, having chosen the night before, on a large trolley to our room. The pancake was delicious and so was the cooked breakfast..

We couldn’t have asked for any more and can’t recommend it highly enough,

Luxurious room, roll tops bath and unbeatable breakfast in your room delivered on a trolley!

First off the hosts are amazing and very accommodating. 
The rooms are stunning, we stayed in the blue room and it’s such a big and airy room beautiful original features and a very large and comfortable bed. 

The place was absolutely spotless and the same within the communal areas which made it a instantly comforting place to be in the mist of COVID.

Parking was a breeze with it not being a busy road you can reverse out or reverse park with ease.

The breakfast was just to die for the selection of fruits and cereals and yogurts were brilliant and then the option for cooked breakfast or the amazing duchy pancakes! Just wow!

The location again is amazing 7 minutes to The Cyder Farm and about the same for the beach. The location is fairly rural so beautiful sunrises! 

All in all one of my best ever bed and breakfast stays!

Perfect in every-way possible 

My stay at Red Fox Barn was a delightful experience.  I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the comfort of the ensuite Front Room beautifully furnished with everything you would need.  The breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a choice of cereal and fruit juice was there for you in the room.  This along with the fridge to chill your wine is a bonus. 
It is set in a beautiful location with easy access to Perranporth and the beach there. A lovely place to unwind and relax whilst being looked after by your hosts Sue and Steve who make sure every need is catered for. 
I look forward to a return visit to Red Fox Barn and the great hospitalty.

This is how all B & Bs should be - just wish we had stayed longer!  No public rooms here, just a pretty little enclosed garden area.  Our bedroom was so pretty and comfortable with dual aspect views over the little garden and out over the countryside.  Wonderfully huge, modern shower with all the latest shower head attachments.  Breakfast served at the table in our room was a real treat and the food choice, both hot and cold, was excellent. What a lovely place, and all for less than £100 a night.  Don't forget to take cash to settle the bill.

Perfect B & B experience

My husband and I had a fantastic time, comfy bed,excellent breakfast in our room, and a very clean room. We stayed in the blue room and have stayed in this room before. The owners of this lovely B & B are great host and nothing was to much trouble. I e - mailed before to ask if it was possible to have a ice bucket, ice and glasses put outside my room as I was bringing a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate and this was done for us with a card and balloon so thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this lovely B & B. Hopefully will return again soon. Well done Red Fox Barn 😀

Overnight stay for my husbands 60th Birthday

Had a lovely stay at this pretty b&b a warm welcome from the host room tho small was lovely and clean and comfortable. Has a quite garden to sit and relax in would stay in the upstairs room next time to sample the lovely smelling breakfast 🍳
