Wonderful location, convenient to Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, and the British Car Museum. Great sized rooms with comfortable beds and roomy, easy to use hot showers. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Is right next to the Services, so there are lots of food options available too.

Wonderful stay which we were very happy to extend by a night.

The room was very tired and dirty. The shelves by the side of the wardrobe were dusty, as I found out when I placed a pair of black trousers on there! Hardly any toilet roll, insert for the plug hole was missing in the sink, do not provide glasses or plastic drinking cups on bathroom. Shower curtain was dirty and kept clinging to you in the shower so had to put on outside of bath which flooded bathroom. Used towels to mop up water and asked reception for new ones which they failed to provide! Had to ask for our bin to be emptied too. Bed was lop sided, broken wheel and dip in mattress/base, was too soft and very uncomfortable! No spare plug sockets in room. Only 2 total sockets, one for kettle and one for TV! Kettle socket was too close to the counter top so unable to plug in a charger!! Bedding had black marks on. Tea stains or maybe something else running down the wall next to the bed. We had a room at the front, should be triple glazed to try to cancel noise from motorway, it was very loud! The bathroom fan didn't turn off at all so that was also humming all night! 

Weekend to visit family 

Stayed here for one night following a visit to the NEC. Good location on the M40, with free parking in the services car park. great price compared to other budget hotels. Room was really clean and had all amenities such as hairdryer, toiletries, tea and coffee, nice big bath towels and TV. 
Heating really efficient. Staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Jessica. Food is available from service station and few steps away. Not the biggest services but there was a Burger King, KFC, Subway, Starbucks and Waitrose as well as a small noodle outlet. Overall great little short stopover.

Great budget stop over

A good basic hotel, rooms were clean, certainly no issues of the sort mentioned in recent reviews. Jessica was very welcoming, after a long day travel and then work, a nice little chat did much to end the day well,

Booked this property on Booking.com and was easy to do. Set off on my journey from Hull to Warwick, arrived at the hotel location and attempted to check. There was an issue as housecleaning hadn't cleaned the room. Jessica greeted us she was pleasant, very informative in regards to a local eatery and information about breakfast. Breakfast will be served in a noodle bar at the Welcome Break.. slightly strange but it's a trip away. Finally checked in to the hotel and was hit with some disgusting finds as you can see on the attached photos. Woke up 6.30am on the 17th of September, Had to be the worst nights sleep I've ever had. Bed was lumpy, pillows as hard as a brick. I've stopped at a lot of hotels over the years but this is by far the worst in my opinion. Location was great, staff amazing but unfortunately this did not meet our expectations. Hostel-esque experience..

Days Inn Warwick South M40

Despite receptionist Jessica’s best efforts to assist us, she was limited by the  shortcomings of our 2 rooms, namely, only one PowerPoint and not next to the bed. 2 of our party rely on CPAP ( life support) machines. The only solutions for each was 1. to use the single (much less comfortable) bed by dragging it across the room to reach the power point; 2. To stretch the power cord to the outlet, creating a night time tripping hazard. In addition, the power was out for the whole night overnight without one couple realising that it was just a tripped switch affecting only their room. There must be a lot of other travellers who use CPAP machines who have had similar dilemmas.

This place is horrible !

Regularly stay in budget accommodation and some are ok some not so good but this place is not nice at all 

Stains on the wall,dirty carpet, silicone on the shower all black and mouldy.The matress was not very comfy either 

Stayed one night and had a second night allready booked for a couple of weeks later which I tried to cancel but they would not let me.

The guy on check in was nice and friendly but the standard of room and dealing with my complaint has been very poor  

Don't recommend staying here 

First time at this particular  'Days Inn'. I was staying for a weekend and had a great experience from start to finish. All the staff I met during my three nights were lovely 'people' people. Quite how one hotel has managed to have such a wonderful team of people I do not know. Days Inn are a good chain that I frequently stay when travelling  for leisure and voluntary work. From arrival at the busiest time of the day, early evening lots of people wanting to book in staff were great, calm, pleasant and engaging. There nothing 'forced' like so many 'Reception' experiences. My ground floor room was spotlessly clean. Despite being close to reception the stay was quiet. I wasn't disturbed by any extraneous noise. 

All the staff were without exception a credit to to the 'Hospitality'  

By far the best Days Inn I have used over the years. 

Truly exceeds expectations.

I was frustrated when I saw on the M6 that the services were closed and I had booked a room to stop at after a 15 hour day en route home. I stopped at around 3am to call them and find out how to get there. Matt was very helpful and told me how to get there on another road. 
In the morning I was so pleased to see Linda (I met her on a previous visit) as she was concerned about my late arrival the night before, and ensured I was very well looked after before leaving for my onward journey. 

Very Helpful staff in a difficult situation

Very Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Kettle was vey clean. Sufficient tea and coffee but another cup would have been useful as we booked family room but soon rectified. Would definitely stay again
